- Test track is officially closing down, so we took one last ride! We are now waiting for Test Track 3.0 that is set to open next May. Let's hope we get to see even more innovation in such a classic attraction!

I don't think they'd end up retracking it, since I don't think they did from 1.0 -> 2.0, so I imagine it's just the story and how things work inside the queue? Definitely hope it's a good change, though, as it'll be almost a year of work.
I still haven't been to Epcot. I was suppose to do the after hours event but I got sick and they told me I could apply the ticket towards a later date. So...I'll get there. I love Nicole's idea about incorporating Wreck-It Ralph into the design (that would be awesome)! I was hoping it was an upgrade that wouldn't take long lol but since it's set to open in May I'll have to wait until Nov or Dec. I wonder why Disney doesn't have a Holiday Party in all of their parks (well I can see why Animal Kingdom might be an issue but they could really do some magic for Epcot)!
Really?! I bet you'd love it! But definitely have to go when there's a festival, that's typically a great time to visit. Also helps with crowds as people are visiting festival booths haha. I actually thought the Wreck-it Ralph idea is genius, it would fit great. I don't know if they ever will, since I think Chevrolet funds it, but if they ever stop, it could be an idea! They do festival of the holidays, which is a Christmas themed festival, but not a special ticketed event at EPCOT, but I REALLYYY like festival of the holidays (might be my favorite festival weirdly enough)
I kind of figured that TT was going down sooner than later after they finished the high school cafeteria (🤣 - truthfully, I've been in better hs cafeterias). I'm glad that I rode it before we left on vacation (heading to Niagra Falls now). Love TT and ride it every time I am there. Suppossedly, they are bringing back a lot of the concepts from the first version. Like Nicole, when I design I am in it to win it - and there have been a few times I did come in first!

We had friends that just came back from Niagra Falls! Have fun! We were never able to create the 255 car (I think that was the point cap), but we did win in the power category to make the leaderboard lol. So... worth it. I think Communicore has been a REALLY bad situation for them, from the concept art to what was delivered, it makes sense they're in panic mode, and with Tiana's having so many issues, I think they're trying to recoup. I really hope they do, as again, I never wish for them to fail. But they're starting to get a lot of holes in their boat that need plugging. There's kind of a lot of rides going down in the next so many months, it will probably increase wait times. But, I'd rather them do these changes than not. Freshen things up. We need some better consistency at the park!
Its been above 95 here in Indianapolis the past week and going forward. Massive heat wave. Im originally from Chicago and family says its in the 90s there as well. Its just gonna be a 🔥 summer. I know that black spirit jersey came out in 2021 when i went for the 50th Anniversary because i purchased it🙂
Oh is that the 50th one?! I thought the 50th had like a sparkle/gold glow to it? Could totally be wrong, though. I remember when we lived in Chicago the summers got BRUTALLY hot, just like down here. But just not as long lol. I heard this will be a very hot summer across the board, though. We're prepared! haha
