The woman knows something about IT and technology but not enough. They can not 'come in' via your keystrokes however if you know what type of keyboard someone has they 'can' if recorded recreate exactly what you typed as every key makes a slightly different sound depending on where it hits the backplate. The difference can't be heard by the human eye but it can be by recording it and analyzing it. It's different for every brand and make of keyboard hence they need to know exactly what keyboard you have.

This is like Victorian voyeurs paying to see the inmates or patients of mental hospitals... But a broadcast version.
The woman does not come across as a sympathetic or honest character. In fact, the polar opposite on both counts.
But the format of the show, the giggling audience, the whole faux-sincere "tell-it-how-it-is" blarney from Dr Phil is just tailored to an audience....
But... Who goes onto national primetime TV with a sincere hope it will solve anything?
It wouldn’t be my choice, but the truth is Dr. Phil often provides families and individuals with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of the very best mental health, vocational and social services available. Yes, it is commercial and he is making money, but the truth is he provides very clear and concise advice, common sense input where it is sorely lacking, and has helped God knows how many people. I am a well educated retired nurse who has been in therapy myself as well as working with many psych patients, and can say I have learned a lot about communication and accountability from him.

This whole program is contentious and stressful. No one's needs public humiliation to fix a problem. I guess it makes for good ratings.
They chose to be on it, self inflicted. But yeah he doesnt really help them, they normally go in circles.
I think in this case the more people who see this girl's face the safer we all will be. When the lying doesn't work she might snap and do something violent. She has sociopath vibes and I'm worried she's going to hurt him if he tries to leave her.
