I am glad to hear Palfish does not have an adult pretending to be a kid during the interview process! That is a huge relief. I'm energetic around kids, but "pretend I'm a kid" adults don't have the same effect.

I have a TESOL from International Open Academy (the one you mentioned) I cannot find a certificate number anywhere on their site. My certificate doesn't have it. They allow ordering of letters, proof of enrollment... etc. but I am unsure what will contain the number.
I had that same problem because l had the pdf version. So l signed into my IOA acct, went to my courses, clicked ICOES certificate, press blue "submit" box and it pops up...lower left corner. I turned my tablet sideways, viewed 3/4 of the certificate, screenshot it. Uploaded the photo, mission accomplished!

However, and although I have a BA in elementary education and an English teaching certificate from the government of Puerto Rico, I do not have a TESOL or TEFL certificate. I have been teaching esl to students in public schools for 26 years. Can I still apply to Palfish?
Unfortunately you will need a tesol at least to apply. It's a requirement from the Chinese Government. Now you can get a tesol from International open academy for $19

What if you have a Masters degree in TESOL? Masters don’t generally have numbers.

I understand your concern, however you can cover your address and number. it's for your photo and name to confirm you are who you say you are

ok go into your course, then icoes certificate. hit submit and take a screen shot of the icoes certificate. it's for the cert # on the bottom left

for some reason you have to turn the volume way up for the second half. and you can not use a computer . has to be a tablet or phone
