  • If you remember our last No Heal No Deal episode, we visited a bone doctor who also practices kungfu. He said doing martial arts is a way for the body to heal and protect itself.
To find out how kungfu improves body strength - and makes its practitioners look younger - we hung out with Li Chan Wo, an 82-year-old master, and descendent of the legendary Wong Fei-hung. Here, he teaches us ten-rings kungfu - you know, the moves made famous by Shang-Chi.

Nice video Hanley had a good experience and very nice explanation of his beliefs. Would be cool to see a different woman perspective who is involved in the martial arts world. Just seemed awkward watching jin.

Thats true along with MMA etc but I know from experience that hard style hard training is not sustainable as we age whereas TMA has many health benefits minus the injuries! Hence the 82 year old practitioner.
