Sausage rolls. DIY, cheap and delish...

This is a method I have used for over thirty years. The options are as endless as your taste. The bread makes the meat, softer, moister and gives some lovely texture to the meat.
This video we made 22 large sausage Rolls for $23.50.
It sounds very spicy with what we have done but to be very honest with the combinations and flavors bouncing off each other, they are really extremely tasty and not spicy sausage rolls at all. Ideal for that Jar of chutney someone gives to you and you do not know what to do with it.
You could do the same with grated vegetables and use more bread to bind it.
This is a basic mix ,options are endless.
