The best way to sell VHS tapes is to sell them online in big lots, usually about 20 to 50 cents each tape. 20$ for 100 common tapes or 50$ for 100 collectible tapes of specific genre. Collectors go after those and selling in lots is the fastest way to sell them. Also there are many websites where you can sell secondhand books. People are looking for specific titles especially if they are out of print books with no existing ebooks.
I hardly go for part 2 of a video But this felt very genuine.....no fake excitement...no hating/judging the owners instead you were very respectful. 🔥🔥🔥
Love those $1 dollar lockers. Jar full of coins- score!!🙌🏼 🎉 Pretty cute Hotel Collection towels. You’re doing so well on Alex’s program, you look great, Jack💪🏼😎
Bring me the horizon is screamo “hard rock” band. It’s a pretty known band and I think it could get some money since it is signed. They have huge concerts where the merch is sold out really fast.
Re: Grinch & your Camille. Years ago I took my now 30 yr old daughter to Red Robin for 4th bday. She was scared to death of the Red Robin mascot & very unhappy when he sang Happy Bday to her. Fast forward…At 16, her 1st job was at Red Robin. LOL. 🤣
Wow wow wow this is a amazing buy!! I wish so much I could get something like this I started selling in a flea market booth last year selling a lot of stuff from my shed and attic now I go to yard sales to pick up things . I would love to buy a storage unit but have never checked into how to do it .you did great You got a lot of great stuff!!
I must say, haven't watched your videos in a while, + I thought this was a few years old. You look so young young without all that hair, wow! You scored great on this locker for $1. Never saw one for this price before!
This is some girl’s whole life in this locker. This reminds me of how much a lot of us waste money buying a bunch of stuff we really don’t need. Really, who needs that many purses? And those Beanie Babies?! Been there, done that. I have a bunch of worthless collector plates in the basement! 😳🤣
Wow what a locker. Have so much to say about this one. I'm newish and just started binge watching and 1st video I watched was part1 of this locker and wow can't believe for $1.. I'm so shocked that u got i for this amount. Must be because it looked like junk from the beginning. But don't just a book by its cover. The best locker I have seen. And must say u are the most organised person I have watched so prepared. Amazing finds. Thanku for the video ❤️❤️
Your doing well on your locker's. Have to say go threw everything. Grandma past and she put money in CD case's, old no more lipsticks, and behind framed pictures. It's like why she lived by herself so we thought she was just having fun. Kinda like checking plugins yes money there too. I guess the bank was no fun. I so enjoy your humor and I laugh alot. Thanks
I'm new to your channel and I'm watching the follow-up video this one, and at 18:15 he threw the brown wallet down without checking the secret compartment. You need to learn about wallets if you didn't know that one had a secret compartment.
Crazy !! Running Wild is an old Metalband from Hamburg Germany !!! Im a big fan too but I don't have a cassette from them ;-) they are very rar even here in Germany
Jack I watch you all the time, and I want you to know I am praying for you and the family . I will pray tomorrow that God will direct the ❤hands of your surgeon, and that you will have a complete recovery.
Don’t miss on the “hand recorded stuff”. Some of it, especially black metal like Mercyful Fate, can be the original demos/rare concert tapes or demos distributed during the early years by the band. Already seen some of those sell for hundreds of bucks.
Well, Jack, you hit the Beanie Babies jackpot and you got them all for $1.00! Sweet. Flea Market, Vintage Market or auction, you got a bonanza. Way to go! They really fell asleep to let this one go that cheap!.
I love watching your channel. Love the haircut. I was wondering if I could buy the purple comforter @3:15 you said was going straight to flea market? I didn’t know if you would sale or ship. I didn’t know if you ship for your auctions either I don’t know how auctions work but love the color purple and thought the comforter would be fun to try to get. Thanks for letting us follow along on your storage finds.
This is the only thing I think is a draw back. I see items here in the videos and know I'll never have the opportunity to get them because it goes to the flea market... 🥺
Some cool finds there, Jack! Especially the Beanie Babies and the vintage coins and silver certificates. ! I have a few that I have been saving since the early 90's, plus a full set of the McDonalds ones as well. 😊
Some great finds, especially for a $1 auction! I love your haircut! Looks cooler for California hot weather! I can’t come to your auctions anymore, and I miss y’all.
Do you go through all of the books, cd, dvd, and vhs cases before you sell or throw away? Women do also hid money in lipstick and chap stick cases, especially when they go on vacation. Also the pockets in the clothes could be holding overlooked money. The cassettes will sell just for the boxes alone. You really scored with the ghost and snowman and all of the beanies. Great locker.
Check out the doll you through in the flea market stuff my sister collects dolls they are expensive weights to feel like a real baby and not very pretty just pretty expensive also the comforter you through own the trailer for the flea market looks like a homemade quilt my grandma used to make them they sell for good money I watched two times so I could see again all those rock band tees check them out could be worth alot of money love your videos God bless you and your family 🙏🙏🙏🙏
This is only the second video of yours i have watched and i have really enjoyed them so far but i have a couple questions. In your 10 years of buying lockers, have any previous owner gotten emotional or even angry that you became the new owner of their belongings? And my second question is have you ever had the police involved in any returning of possessions?
The next time you go through something and when you see something that might interest you. Bring an extra phone so you can look it up on eBay and look up the pricing right then and there. Second when you go through the stuff you don't need to film every little detail thing find the main source of Interest put it on the table and look it up on the phone that way it will cut your video time in half and you can go a lot faster.
Did you check individually all beanies…. In fact, when it comes to Claude the Crab, it seems that the more flaws the toy has, the more valuable it will become. One, with multiple flaws, was recently sold for $9,000
Jack! I love your videos (still) and it makes me want to go nab a locker for myself just to see what I find. I have some that sell each Saturday around where I live. I just have to much as it is on my plate. My brother can attest to that. 🤭 Oh, btw, love the haircut. You should always keep it that short. LOVE the Altoid find! Great Locker for a buck!
That flashlight in the sock probably was a stash light. They sell ordinary items such as flashlights, shaving cream cans, soda cans that are made so people can stash their money or dope in.
You better check inside that flashlight that was in the sock, since there were rolling papers in another sock they might have something in the flashlight.
Those band posters, all Hardcore bands. Good music. Not a massive following though. Hardcore isn’t as mainstream as it should be. Maybe one day. Curious to know if those sell.
Levi's are not the only jeans you should be saving. Ive seen you "flea market" some top dollar jeans! Educate yourself on what is top dollar in jeans so you won't throw them away essentially. ❤️
I liked this locker way better than the rich lady locker. This was a treasure hunt. Rich lady locker was kinda boring lol I know it helps the wallet though lol thanks so much for sharing 💜
While it's interesting to see what you find I can't help but think about the person who lost everything. I understand how it works but it's still hard to see the joy in finding money or other valuables but have such concern in getting their personal things back to them. To them those valuables mean something too
To hoarders, everything means something to them, even used candy bar wrappers. I say that, not because these people were hoarders, but because we need to keep perspective. Sometimes people love items too much, become emotionally attached, and can't let go. That also sometimes leads to ruin, as their possessions mount and they can't fit them into the physical space they live in. They then become a financial burden on them as they rent additional space to store them, using money they don't have. In almost every locker I purchase, I would bet that the prior owners could have let go of 95% of the contents, keeping only the most important and valuable stuff, and avoided the financial drain of renting a locker. But usually letting go takes more work than just letting it go, both physically and emotionally, and so they take the easy route and stuff it in storage, left to deal with at a later date.
Alright watching part 1 and looking at the pokemon cards I already thought there must be a binder in one of the boxes 😅 and yes I know I'm late to leave this moment but that's what thought
Looks like a late 90s baby who also had some of her moms things. Both concert goers huh. I can guess the inheritance paperwork was her moms. Glad you saved her personal papers to be returned.
Man somehow this items tell a lot of the pre owner and her life. What happened to her so that the locker went on auction? Cant stop thinking about It 😔

Great locker for $1! Beanie Baby Heaven. You have been getting some really awesome lockers!
Your going to be spoiled on those dollar units😁 .
You just never know what to expect. Thank you for the suspense and entertainment.

This has become my favorite channel. I watched the first time because another channel was taking a while to post.

Poor Pam. Rooting that you are well wherever you are.
Is that the girl in this locker storage? And what happened to her?
The Hawkwind tour sticker is a nice collectable, Lemmy Killmister from Motörhead was their bass man from 72-75 .
Lemmy collectables

oooh... at 36:03 that's an old Chilean Peso..... how cool is that .. (i'm CHilean , of course,,, hahahha) cheers!!!
Jack, good to see you feeling better. Please don't over due it.
@ 20:00 double check those watches, at least one looked like a "Swatch", they can go for good money.
I'd gladly take all the VHS, its one of my bread and butter items online, plus I love the format been collecting VHS for quite some time.
Most entertaining locker cleaning video I have watched!
Great storage unit Jack. You will make bank on it. Congratz......
Some great finds, especially for a $1 auction! I love your haircut! Looks cooler for California hot weather! I can’t come to your auctions anymore, and I miss y’all.
Cool lots of coins, pin buttons and more beanies. You can the VHS tape it's a collectors item.. 😁
Hello from Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Canada. Thanks for sharing your great video’s please keep them coming.
30:55 train case! Good for the vintage market, popular in 1950’s for long-distance travel
First time viewer. Loved the channel!
Welcome aboard!
Razor blade and white stuff, did you find the snorting tube too?
He definitely found some white baggies lol and blades almost in every wallet
I laughed so hard when he called Yoshi a Pokémon.
The moment you open that tiny metal box with the coins in it was so beautiful..not for the money I'm telling it as a coin collector
Check some of those beanie babies, especially "SNORT", you might find some with tag errors which make them very valuable.

I've been waiting for the rest of this locker to get cleared out . Love y'all bunches ❣💗😊🤗
Very nice…. Glad it’s a nice guy like you that’s getting the benefits of cheap lockers that pay a lot.
Pantera was a metalband, their stuff is worth some cash.
Jack that comforter…maybe a home made quilt which could be worth lots of money!!!!
If you would wet towels and put around your neck. Should help a lot.
I use blue shop towels and I keep several in plastic bag. Works great for me!
One dollar, holler! Love those good bargains! ✌🏼❤️
Nice finds in the unit Jack.
Some of those beanie babies are worth thousands of dollars! My sister collected them and a unicorn was worth $4,300!

fyi that 1972 dollar piece worth $300... IJS MR. LOCKER NUT!!!
You should keep a few vhs tapes as the tape is very strong and great for tying up stuff xx🏴🏴

Love that you have the shade!
When he said “oh 93, that’s a old one” I died inside because I’m a 93 baby and that means IM OLD NOW 😭
What should I say? My son is born in `93! Greetings 👵
Don't worry when he hit the mid 90's cassettes, he said they were new!
@@kevintyerman1906 I’m going to say I’m a nice new tape and not a old beanie baby!

All those high priced benie baby sales on eBay are money laundering schemes. They're all fake.
Wow a 1$. Those Beanie babies are money. I can't believe how much you found. People like costume jewels. a lot of work but worth it.

That signed BMTH shirt was crazy, and it was funny to hear “small bands’ signed posters”
@ 43 mark everything is in boxes, just put them on the trailer and take them home. You can go through them after church!
That flashlight in the sock probably was a stash light. They sell ordinary items such as flashlights, shaving cream cans, soda cans that are made so people can stash their money or dope in.
Welllll... the white stuff in that bag might be what the razorblade from one of the wallets would be used for...
Love your new look. Oh and by the way I love this locker
I would definitely buy those VHS movies!
I started getting so stoked with the band posters man
You better check inside that flashlight that was in the sock, since there were rolling papers in another sock they might have something in the flashlight.
Not sure what I was expecting but I want this hour of my life back.
Awesome stuff, started watching storage videos again and I think I like yours the most. I was wondering if there is a website to find live auctions?
Google live storage locker auctions near me. They will show you where and when they are.
Kevin sells stuff on WhatNot on Mondays
SCORE!!!!!. May God continue blessing

Hawkwind 1973 tour pin - wow! what a find!!
Those Motorhead patches will sell so fast if they're original...that band has rabid fans. Some metal stuff is worth a few bucks.
The blade is so they can cut a line of coke lol

Yet another reason for gloves

At 20.05, I couldn't help but wonder if any of those were Swatch watches; all the rage and quite pricey in the 1980's.
Are there even anymore Ralph's stores in the Bay Area?
the blob on VHS is a good one
Hi Jack
That's alot of Beanie Babies.
Good luck on the jewelry
The brown and white stringy decoration things are tassels from a graduation cap.
Jack and Janna, I think the Lord is watching over you. You are on a run.
bet you cleaned up nicely on the beanie babies.
The bring me the horizon shirt he said was gross was so funny to me I love that freakin band and that was one of their best albums
I'm sorry that the facility and/or your battery didn't give you enough time to go through it all but hopefully we can see more.
The blade can b also for a person who cuts themselves
That necklaces you found look like alpaca Mexico its not 925 silver I could be wrong.
