I use sleeves for my cords and a gutter. My corner desk already has a built in gutter, but you can buy some you can screw to the bottom of your desk. Also get cord clips that stick to your desk that can lift and hold those cables in the sleeves, so that they’re not dangling or hanging. I have two computers. One my Mac mini, the other my laptop, and usually if any cords from other devices are close to each other, I usually guide them into the same sleeve, so it looks more minimalistic.

Just saying this because I’m an electrician, but I know you are a smart dude but 18 sockets on one electrical circuit isn’t too safe 😅 especially if they’re all in use

love this "new set up series" from the old videos to these ones. Im superrrr looking forward to the more technical side and the reaction. Like how do you connect and stick all the power sockets and banks upside down without connecting the devices first, mind boggling to me. If I were to attempt this, i feel like id misplace a power/charger and it would be too short to connect to my screen.
For that kind of stuff I found it really helps if you lay it all out first without committing to sticking or drilling anything, believe me I made so many changes through the process!!!
