Connected to cable , then press Bluetooth + Power buttons together for 10 second , then disconnect cable and try turn it on !

I’ve been trying this doing the holding down the Bluetooth button and the power button for 10 seconds with it plugged in but still nothing. I’m gonna try it right now. Bye doing what you said and holding down the buttons for 10 seconds and then unplugging it and then trying to turn it on. I believe I understood that correctly. Fingers crossed

The charging ports are weak. I had mine plugged in and dropped it and it wouldnt charge. I got a brand new unit from harman under warranty

I got mine to work with charging it finally by using the original charging cable for the spesker and i used a lightning head from and old samsung charger. Not guaranteeing anyone anything but i am saying this is what wokred for me.

Hello, i hope you're doing well. I bought a flip 6 after my beloved flip4. Basically i washed since is waterproof but now is not charging even if the type C is completely dry. There's a alarm sound and power n Bluetooth button are blinking. The speaker it's turning on and working normal, except for the charging part... 😢

Just let it charge even if its making that noise, after 5 minutes it will stop ringing and it will charge normally. This happens when the battery is too low also.

I have a party box on the go which decided to stop working today so I thought I would see any troubleshooting videos out here there are none for the party box on the go but I looked at your video and figured pressing the buttons in different combinations was probably the way to go for this gigantic speaker that I have that I thought was about to be thrown in the trash anyhow for the party box on the go I pressed all five buttons the plus the minus the play the power button and the Bluetooth button for at least 10 seconds all at the same time and the red light that signified malfunction turned off and it reset!!😃😃 and I thank you for leading me to the right way !! this was for a party box on the go unit... I thought I would leave some data here for anyone about to pull their hair out if this happens to them😱😱 thank you for your great helpful and useful video !!👍👍🔥🔥🔥

Had my JBL flip 6 for about 12 months now. It started dying after 3 seconds of turning on and just repeated turning on and off until I unplugged the cable. So I went through the hassle of buying a new battery and swapped that in (was a nightmare trying to disassemble it) and now it says it’s full battery and STILL turns off every 2 seconds. It’s now not even turning on anymore. What the hell is wrong with this sht

Fun fact, mine wasn't doing much (buttons except power didn't work but still could play music and skip on my phone) updated it, now it does NOTHING. Thanks JBL

I had same issue,for me it worked following repair:disassembly of the battery,leave it disconnected for 30 sec.Connect it back and assembl everything.Factory reset and it started to work.

I had just bought a brand new flip 6 and I’ve tried everything you said and it’s still dead. I’m gonna go return the device and see if I can get a new one under warranty as I have had this for a day at this point

I activated the service mode while my speaker could not be recharged, it is eliminated it no longer lights up now and does not want to recharge, before that I took it apart and recharged the battery directly, now it does not light up no longer and wants to recharge, I had pressed the bluetooth button and the play pause button and that made things worse

Mine doesn’t turn on while charging or nothing. I just got it a day ago, dropped it and it broke. Thought JBL products were durable

The minimum volume is still too high and if i go further down it just drops to zero. Feels like it goes from 10% of volume to 0% in just one click. How can i solve this and get more intermediate controls, like 5% or 2 % volume? Thank you

I know stressful right I tried factory, resetting it hard resetting it and tried if service mode was the problem we replace the battery and no matter what I try, nothing worked I think it’s just getting old and had a weak battery
