The thing is that I'm not a Christian but I do understand why they do so. Most elderly Christians spend their lives under the post-modernist Christian ideology of everything is beauty/love and Jesus died for their sins. They saw beauty in their culture throughout their whole life, their mother and father praying and stuff. With Islam, they think that they have to change their culture and have to live differently. Well, I mean wearing the hijab is very difficult for reverts because of culture reasons and accepting the truth is difficult as well. But they don't know that their true culture was women wearing hijab and the early Christians prayed to only one god. May allah s.w.t. make it easy on them. Alhamdulillah for islam ❤

It's stupid when you say 1 + 1 when it comes to God.
For example:
if God wants to appear to talk to 3 different prophets that are located in different parts of the world, having different conversation with each one of them SIMULTANEOUSLY, you won't say that there are 3 gods, you will still say that it is the same one God that is capable of doing that, because he is not bounded by time space or matter.
I can give you many examples like that
God is not bounded by TIME SPACE MATTER or the LAWS OF PHYSICS, this means that you can't even apply your logic or mathematics on God to say 1+1+1. Also this means that God can be here as human form AND in heaven, and everywhere SIMULTANEOUSLY, and STILL be 1 God. God chose to reveal himself to us as the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.
God is 1, and he chose to manifest and reveal himself to us in 3 persons that are distinguish from one or another but are still 1. The Father is not the Son and the Son is not the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit is not the Father, but they are 1.
They are 1 in unity. The Father is Spirit , the Son (the Word) is Spirit, and the Holy Ghost is Spirit, and these 3 are 1.
God Is not divided and does not have parts. The Father ,Son and the Holy Spirit is 1 in essence.
Jesus is God's living WORD, So if you say that God's word is another God, then is like saying that the word that comes out of your mouth is another you, therefore there are 2 of you
The Trinity in more simple way to understand it is this:
The Father, the Father's LIVING WORD, and the Father's Spirit.
The word SON and the word PERSON are metaphors. The word person is not the same as one human person, but rather it is used to describe that they are distinct.
For example you are not your word that proceeds from you, and your word is not you, but even though your word is something else, it is still you at the same time.
Another example is that your body and your soul are one. Your body is not your soul and your soul is not your body , but at the same time you are still one.
