girls, about the senna livery, some toughts from a brazilian fan: they probably chose monaco to do it because of his history there, most wins, lap of the gods, etc + they most likely decided it before they knew about the project that vettel did, so there’s that anyway, i know senna can be a controversial figure in someways (like most motorsport legends), but to us brazilians he is probably THE biggest sportsman that we ever had (with pelé, but senna died at his prime which just makes it more nostalgic), there is just an aura about him, everybody here knows who senna was, even if they are not f1 fans when mclaren announced that they were gonna use the colors of our country, everybody was very moved, it was just so special to us to see our history in the sport being remembered and our country being there, it was very emotional and every f1 here was talking about it… maybeee it’s a marketing thing, but i guess it’s special anyway, because we loved to see it. it’s something williams could’ve done (he died in their car after all) but they always prefer to not remember anyway, love the pod!! :)
Peronally it melts my heart seeing the drivers with their children, however it's also crossed my mind about how preditary social media can be! I don;t think Oscar has pecked yet, we're getting frlashes of his brilliance through. Right now I feel it's Lando in his prime and I'm here for it - will be intresting how the fight beteen Ferrari and McLaren intencifies. Sooo happy for Charles, I was crying before he finnished, I now have a hoarse throat and a grazed knee but it was a good celibration!
Agree with your sentiments towards Oscar as someone who is incredibly focussed beyond his years but a humble, nice guy who is chill out of the seat. Hopefully not sexist, but would love you two to have a review of the WAGS, their stories and history

The thing about Senna that drives me crazy is that people either don’t know or forget or don’t care that he was 25 and dating a 15 year old. I respect what he did for the sport but would be great to see that issue be at least addressed by someone in power.

Ocon has had problems with nearly every teammate he's ever had. I hope Haas stays away. Bearman may not get a ride, as Gene Haas doesn't want rookies ruining his cars and costing him millions. Sainz to Williams would be awesome, as Red Bull may be awful in 2026 (they've never made an engine in-house). So glad Max didn't get close to a podium this weekend. Makes me hopeful for the rest of the season and 2025.
It was a deliberate choice from McLaren not to change the uniforms for the pit crew. There is no rule against it, but it creates a (small) risk that the drivers might miss their box during a pit stop because in the heat of the race they forget about the suit change and don't get the visual cue they are used to. So we will cut them some slack for inconsistency :-) No excuses for the lack of color coordinated hats, though!
I am a Daniel defender as well. His results looks mid and don't meet quite the expectations of the "tRuE fAns" but look where VCARB now, they made it to top the midfield and to mention that Yuki has improved so much. His technical feedbacks and being the experienced driver really help the team but other people seems to unnoticed that. Race pace are there, he just needs to set a good quali and for his side of garage to stop experimenting his car too much. Also maybe a better strategy?? lol

Lewis and Charles: I did note that the former was playing with the Prancing Horse while the latter was playing with the F1 car - if (and I do mean "if") the implication was that Lewis only sees the move as a brand exercise while Charles is focused on winning races, then I'd think that somewhat unfair. 😕 Finally, Hannah should totally add glowy red sequins to Kevin's eyes on that t-shirt, signifying him as the Lord of Chaos. 😭
I think Zhou will end up at Haas because he has a whole nation behind him. Mark my word. Obviously I heard this from Ted Kravitz but I’ll claim it here😀
