i've watched a few pods of yours and like i like you guys and everything but, yuki is for me what daniel is for you and i couldnt stand some episodes lmao i was like "that's so not what happened what" while having my own biased view of the events, so i understand why ppl could say you're not fans of him, which i know is not true but like biases and everything. It can get heated between fanbases of teamates i guess. its just better not to engage tho.

Honestly, maybe this is an unpopular opinion, but to me there's a difference between trash talk and actual violence. Trash talk is a mainstay of any high level sport. Max saying he's going to put George in the wall is intense yes, but he didn't actually do it. Instead of actually resorting to violence, Max kept to the rules and won it out on the track fairly.

Can't believe it's the end of the season! I thought this was a great last race. Since I've been watching F1 long enough, and I'm a Lewis fan, I was definitely all up in my feels with the Lewis leaving Merc stuff. I know that when he decides to retire, I will be a wreck. 😂 Loved seeing Toto on Armchair Expert, it was a great chat. I really hope they get Susie on at some point. Not F1 related, but the Sharon McMahon episode is excellent and she's a fantastic person to follow on IG.

You do raise a valid point about the double standards regarding RB's view of Yuki's temperament compared to those of his stable peers - they're doing him dirty. In my opinion he has earned the right to get at least a full season in the 2nd senior seat. #JUSTICE4YUKI

Imola and Zandvoort were two circuits that had dropped off long before Liberty were around, and they looked like they'd never return. South Africa would have been back too had the local promoter not dropped the ball

I’ve been re-watching some of F1 from the 90s and that’s not the worst thing I’ve heard go back to David Cotard and Michael Schumacher in spa I can’t remember what year that was almost violence

Watching this race made me realise that when Lewis retires I'm going to be a mess. Not to get all emotional, 'cause yuck, but it reminded me of how short life is and how fast time goes. Time to savour the next few years!

In my opinion the Lewis drive through was valid. He oversped by 12,5 kmh. Which is significantly too quick and a big safety issue. Earlier this season we've seen 5s given voor 0.5kmh overspeed for Leclerc. And I feel it is correct that the penalty is somewhat proportional to the offence.

Lewis was speeding over 12.5 kph, speeding over 5kph is a drive-through penalty. +5s are usually for 0.1-1kph infringements. He also caused Lando to flatspot his tires so that doesn't help his case.

I thought Lando let Oscar through against team orders... There's a radio message where Lando asks whether this is the last lap and his engineer says "yes, and we're gonna finish the race in this order" or something

Genuinely don’t get how a whole ass mirror lying around on the middle of the track doesn’t get cleared. Lewis and Carlos just got punctures, much worse could’ve and has happened. Sort of reminds me when Gasly almost crashed into a recovery vehicle when the exact same mistake cost Jules Bianchi his life. I generally despise the fia for so many reasons (hypocrites, corrupt, sports-washing etc.) but this is such boldfaced incompetence it needs to be addressed. I don’t want to see anyone get injured because of something totally preventable.

In my opinion, Qatar was a doozy. And to think that Brasil was chaotic 🤦🏻‍♀️🙈🤷🏻‍♀️🙄😑

Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team was also doing hot laps at the same time you were getting them. My wife and I were their guests. Mercedes was using the AMG GT63 car, which is street legal and is being sold. Mick Schumacher was giving hot laps for Mercedes. He’s their reserve driver. Additionally, the other hot laps drivers for Mercedes were Bernd Mylander, the F1 safety car driver as well as Esteban Gutierrez. Some other F1 teams, like Ferrari, gave Hot Laps, on different nights. We loved seeing you two so happy in the Pirelli garage! You all had such a cool driver for the Hot Laps!

It was great seeing you ladies in the garage as you waited (an hour) the first time for the hot lap that didn’t happen the first time right by Toni. You looked SOOOO excited for what was about to unfold!!! I am 1/2 of Experiences.XO and my wife and I got ours from Mick Schumacher with Mercedes. We came to the Paddock Club never expecting to get a hot lap and never asked for one. It was sick! I drive race cars on track for fun so it was great to see how Mick handled the car. What an experience! Great podcast by the way! We love it!
