I can overlook the toy store weapons, the costume shop make-up, and the plastic table/chairs. But... he secured his horse upon his arrival. So who untied the reins so the horse could be at the door when he whistled? Also, poker chips are not money. So all the Man in Black did when he escaped was to leave his 'buy-in' cash at the table. He left empty-handed. There was no reason for the others to chase him, because they all still had their money.
First, clearly the horse untied it self. Next question. Second, half way through the poker scene you can hear them say The Man In Black has already won five in a row, meaning many games are taking place, giving a clear chance that money has already been given to him off screen.
