I’m not gonna lie I grew hip hop didn’t like rock or country when run dmc and Aerosmith did walk this way it was classic now to see country and hip hop together man music is so therapeutic.. literally a song for anything you going through in life. 👊✌️
Ludacris is one of the best rappers to step over genre lines and perform at a high level. Such a great rapper doesnt need to swear nonstop to make a song and has a great sound when he raps.
I'm not really a rap fan but even I can respect somebody like Ludacris that knows how to perform his materials 100x better than todays rappers that as you said need to swear repeatedly and repeat the same word 40x in a min then pretend they're actually good. Much Respect to an Artist that knows his profession and how to play to any crowd
Amazing and ludacris hit it hard like always just Georgia men getting together to show appreciation for all they do and thats how we roll in the South or get your ass kicked if you dont like it!!
I don't think it's a "state" thing I think it's artists realizing that song is fuckin badass and can be an easily collaboration given both probably in their youth ventured into "uncharted" territories to have a good night :) I would actually like to see Colt Ford, Luda, Nelly, Jason and FGL do a collab of this song...that would be fucking fire!
Man i love stuff like this, just completely throws away musical stereo types, That all types of artists can respect each genre of music. like nelly and tim mcgraw.
I know there has been many songs before this but this is a prime example that we can exist together in this world. Country with a lil hip hop spice to it.🎼🎼🎤🎤👏👏👏
Micah Riddick yeah I feel like country and rap music get a bad rep bc some of their artist are just awful. glad these two showed the best of their genre
Thatswhat isaidHOE I ROLL WITH MY FAMILY ONLY MY ENTIRE FAMILY WE ARE THE SAME CAN FINISH EACH OTHER SENTENCES AND NO WHAT WE GONNA BE WE DO THAT WHAT I CALLL THIS IS HOW WE ROLL.
I loved the original version since the first time I heard It and still do. If peoples ears don't work well, Jason is rapping so It made sense to do a remix like this. The remix is great to see live because look how the people loved Ludacris because good music is good music no matter what. It's funny that Jason is talking about fighting and knocking people out, lol. That's the country life no matter what color you are as I know It all so well. If you don't like something, Don't listen to It, Do It or be around It.
I too love the original version, done by Ford and Gilbert. Unfortunately, while Ludacris is a great rapper, his rap here just doesn't fit rhe song. It may be because Jason always underplayed the rap in his cover, but it just doesn't blend right.
Ty McKinney good luck man! I dream about moving from cold sweden to the southern USA, listening to masterpieces like these with good friends and cold beer. You probably dont give a shit hahaha😝
I'm actually a fan of this 'cause Illinois and Georgia have my heart to the fullest! And knowin Luda originally from here and Jason Loves Illinois too!!!
Hate to burst your bubble but Luda didnt play a single note. You can tell when the note was being bent up Luda was pretending to alternate pick. Clearly the sound man cut the signal to that guitar and Jason's travel band was responsible for the solo. They faked it to create a show for you all. Sorry but Luda cant play guitar.
I didn't expect this to be THAT good and it was actually really good I don't really like how they added rap into country now but this is actually my favorite so far goo job My favorite country singer Jason and my favorite rapper ludachris!!
There are many close minded people who cant deal with change , or evolution because nothing stays the same. One more time music it crosses all race lines , people love to hate. Many thought metallic combined with the string orchestra thought they sold out however that cd it sold millions of copies music its art its about perspective and its ,subjective and will haters will hate and the DEAD ole boys are now rolling in there grave and every minute black folk white folk do anything together they hate it try this haters live and let live or this open your up your tiny little minds because no matter how much yall hate the evolution of music will keep evolving rap is the perfect example of that ,,,,,,,,,,,, BECAUSE who knew by now you can literally put 40,000 songs in your pocket
Message to all haters on BOTH sides of the color line--what you're just seen in this video is the wave of the future. People coming together with music leading the way as it always has. The train to the future is pulling out of the station. If you're not on it, you've got 2 choices-- get left behind or get run over by it...
Liam Ireland Thanks for the kind words, bro. And keep the faith--it won't happen overnight, and we still have a long way to go, but appreciate how far we've come. What the haters can't see is that with each new generation, more of their hate fades and their numbers and influence decrease. We WILL get there. Once again, to the haters on both sides--your time is just about up--OUR TIME IS NOW! !
Jose Rivera or Luda on CMT, don't laugh, it could happen. peeps are starting to appreciate R&B artists in country collaborations , and vice versa. I think its a good thing, music can heal old wounds in a way politics cannot
I seen ludacris in Atlanta years ago. Walked away with new found respect for all performers they hustle they ass off on stage. Anger Management tour got beer spilled on me but had fun.
They don’t make rappers like luda and they don’t make country artists like Jason and they came together and it’s fire. Every. Time.
I’m not gonna lie I grew hip hop didn’t like rock or country when run dmc and Aerosmith did walk this way it was classic now to see country and hip hop together man music is so therapeutic.. literally a song for anything you going through in life. 👊✌️

I LOVE THIS UNITY..... TRULY WARMS MY SOUL THAT NO WORDS COULD CONVEY IN THIS LIFETIME!!! MAY GOD ALMIGHTY BLESS US ALL🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼💞💞💞💯💯💯
Ludacris does always the best remixes period. Like this one.
Ain't no lie..missin those ol dirt roads, bonfires, little drink, little hooch, few good friends, and some good ol country music..
Ludacris can rap on any beat and it fits him; to me he is one of the most versatile rappers of all time.
ㅇㅈ합니다
How did this not blow up but old town road did.....
This is why Ludacris is one of my favourite rappers on the planet.
The Hood and Country unite! unstoppable my friends!
Amazing and ludacris hit it hard like always just Georgia men getting together to show appreciation for all they do and thats how we roll in the South or get your ass kicked if you dont like it!!

Facts god damn I love them south.
Who wouldve thought country and rap would come together to make harmony in vocals on both sides. Nice job guys
It is and burning bridges with luda & Jason is absolutely amazing too heard that one first and then found this one
And now we have jelly roll in country and completely smashing it. Times have definitely changed.
I've listened to this song a million times. It never gets old to me
Listen to Colt Ford's cover of it. It's pretty good too
Just good music! Can't hate on this song country fans or hip hop heads. Dope ass track period
Man i love stuff like this, just completely throws away musical stereo types, That all types of artists can respect each genre of music. like nelly and tim mcgraw.
Are you freakin kidding me?!! This was an awesome combo!
Agerd
I know there has been many songs before this but this is a prime example that we can exist together in this world. Country with a lil hip hop spice to it.🎼🎼🎤🎤👏👏👏
Miss this time period so much.! Badass collab
Love Jason and Luda, both very talented artists! !
This is is one of my all time favorite songs and seeing ludachris perform with mr aldean was pretty awesome
Very good stuff, can't hate on this comp. a fan of both Aldean and Luda!
Country music + rap= good music
Beautiful Luda and my man “chillin on a dirt rd”
the "win" in this is folks having a good time. you don't have to be "the same" to be together. music is universal
Wow, these 2 artists are great complement to each other… amazing music collaboration. ❤
Ludicris is phenominal he nailed it love me some Jason too
Same
amazing...I love both artist...and I love the unity
Micah Riddick yeah I feel like country and rap music get a bad rep bc some of their artist are just awful. glad these two showed the best of their genre
no. I enjoy both but you should never mix the two. sounds fake. lame. and just silly as fuck.
both George`s Straight and Jone are disgusted
as I am.........get a clue
@@harveyrice5408 why? It's music.. it's just... Music
I love these two gentle men
That's just nasty badass! Jason-your drummer is solid!!! Good job
This song kicks so much Ass!! I am absolutely in love with this song, then to see how they welcomed and applauded Ludacris is beyond amazing
Mainey Palmer I agree 💯 with you. My absolute favorite country song.
He is a true brother
Yeah but all whites are racists.... umm said all the news outlets. Must be true!
just look at the love the crowd is giving Luda... Jason would never get that type of love at a rap concert
Everyone went crazy when Ludacris came out, that's so fucking cool he gets respected by country music fans.
I'm no country music fan,BUT I LIKE THIS.
i've seen Jason Aldean in concert before, did not disappoint me one second of the night.
Stumbled upon this last night 02/04/2019 now can't turn it off
I LOVE THIS💯💯💯
2 Georgia boys
thats how we roll in the south
Thatswhat isaidHOE I ROLL WITH MY FAMILY ONLY MY ENTIRE FAMILY WE ARE THE SAME CAN FINISH EACH OTHER SENTENCES AND NO WHAT WE GONNA BE WE DO THAT WHAT I CALLL THIS IS HOW WE ROLL.
Oh yeah! Put Luke Bryan in there and there’s the family
And written by 2 Georgia boys
Christmas time is comen
@James A Dauphinais that's OK because we still got the hunnies
country singers are the best at singing live.
Idk operatic singers are pretty damn good live.
Mmm
Yeah cause there real no auto tune!!
Don't think Luda would like being called a country singer ;)
Bruno Mars, Pink, Kelly Clarkson
This collaboration makes me happy. Great stuff gentlemen.
I loved the original version since the first time I heard It and still do. If peoples ears don't work well, Jason is rapping so It made sense to do a remix like this. The remix is great to see live because look how the people loved Ludacris because good music is good music no matter what. REAL4LIFE and actually this is another song Jason made is own version of the original is made my a country raper named Colt Ford
FacePalm99 actually Brantley Gilbert wrote this song
Noah Cross colt ford and brantly Gilbert wrote it together and jas cut it
REAL4LIFE god bless you and your healthy logic
I too love the original version, done by Ford and Gilbert. Unfortunately, while Ludacris is a great rapper, his rap here just doesn't fit rhe song. It may be because Jason always underplayed the rap in his cover, but it just doesn't blend right.
who else in 2019 thinks that this was the prime time for country music??
Just you mister
Not me. This isn't country. Not really sure what the f it is..
@Lofton Elms NAA
@Lofton Elms Probably not since yesterday

good for you for mixing it up.. music is music.. fun to see mix
Love it!!! Also love that guitar solo by my man Luda!! ;)
@@illinglsu1 That's part of the problem with MSM..people are gullible believing anything put in front of them.
🤣🤣🤣 Yeah, that was fake lol
luda rocks
He is awesome and hasn't let fame go to his head.
Luda sounds good in any song he does ❤️🎵
Texas is tha real south.. !!
LUUDA! Bad ass !
How come the remixes be so much better than the original songs. One of the top remixes thus far .
Some remixes ruin songs like Florida Georgia Line's cruise. That remix completely ruined the song
jason Aldean dirt road anthem is a good song I herd in my life.
They killed it... Damn good job...
I didn't expect this to be THAT good and it was actually really good I don't really like how they added rap into country now but this is actually my favorite so far goo job My favorite country singer Jason and my favorite rapper ludachris!!
This is awesome.Would love to see in person.
Got to see luda in Chattanooga Tenn riverbend 2017
this is fucking fire 🔥

william carter well said. , music is universal, it doesn't want to know hate, it just wants to be let out
MH It effects the soul the real human pigmentation it just covers the soul an animals are the other they don't hate unless taught.
mike holton Well said yourself.
Aboslutly right the world hates seeing white and black or black and white folks doing anything together like come on man we past that
Ppl ned 2 lern to spel... Smh I feel sad for this country, what are they teaching kids in school anyway?? It definitely isn't grammar
Love ya Luda!!!
I love this song. Ludacris & Jason Aldean are awesome. I love country music.
i am not a country music fan at all but this song rocks! luda added a sweet touch, but it kicks ass without him!

The only one talking about race is you, we're just enjoying the music. Stop seeing everything in one dimension.
@@big_dee33 where were you when this performance too place. MANY of the White people were in an uproar.
Man forgot all about this song but it still kicks ass.
one of my favorite country songs Ludacris done good on it
and Jason too
Hell Yeah
The love and joy of music transcends all racial boundaries...i love the unity and how it brings us together!!!
There shouldn't be any racial boundaries...the only ones that exist are those put on by people, and those can be wiped out
Hellz yes. Keep it going my brother's
ludicrous killed it
Gotta LOVE crossovers
Came for the country, stayed for the rap.
I can't wait till nxt yrs Great Jones County Fair
I'm looking forward to seeing Jason Aldean at the BET Awards
Jose Rivera or Luda on CMT, don't laugh, it could happen. peeps are starting to appreciate R&B artists in country collaborations , and vice versa. I think its a good thing, music can heal old wounds in a way politics cannot
+mike holton look at Nelly and tim McGraw in over and over
Gregory Christine nelly has colab'd with a few different genres.
Gregory Christine good taste, loved that too.
People have always loved the cross collaboration...i am much older....seen more..there is alot of fake racism out there that everyibe can squash.
good music and musicians ... period
I absolutely love this remix of Dirt Road Anthem!!!!! Jason Aldean and Ludacris make a great remix!!!!!!!
Layin back Kickin and ENJOYING THE RIDE...(take it LUDA on Guitar)...!!!!! HELL YES!
Didn't know exactly how this would sound.. Glad I clicked on it..
I seen ludacris in Atlanta years ago. Walked away with new found respect for all performers they hustle they ass off on stage. Anger Management tour got beer spilled on me but had fun.
