@@gospellin Good morning, I couldnt find the entire interview, only 2 parts. My dad was a gospel promoter and good friends with Mr. Farley in the 70s. I saw Mr. Farley frequently as a child and fondly remember him. How can I get the full interview? I am a Soul Stirrers and Sam Cooke collector and one of the founders of the Sam Cooke Fan Tributes of the early 200s.
Thanks for this interview ! Sam Cooke was my mothers brother, making him my uncle. I like most of my family agree Sam never left the Soul Stirrers he sang with them after going Pop and as Mr Farley said brought them on his label ! 😀 He continued to invest in them as a group until he was murdered ! Thanks again !
Hi. The music and life of Sam Cooke fascinates me. His music continues to amaze me and I've been listening to Sam for about 10 years now. If I could go back in time I'd go see Sam live at the Harlem square club and then visit PJ's on that awful night to alter the course of history. I wonder if you know what Sam's favourite music was and which songs he liked to perform the most??
