How to make Balloon garland - first attempt

Hi guys, I got this from Amazon, tried this for the first time and will definitely try it again. Next time I will have someone to hold the camera for me so it will be much more easier as I did all these single handed without help...so you can give this a go. nothing too hard I believe.
