*Also to note:* In the manga (ch 309), it notes Recovery Girl came by when people were in hospital, so she helped Deku heal. That aided to quick recovery of others as well. To heal what could be healed, but the damage Deku had before that can't be healed is still present.
jesus, everything after 307 really is just an asspull isn’t it. I am ditching this series after this season

Now that One for all is growing stronger inside Deku he's able to communicate with the previous users. That's definitely going to make Deku a hell of a lot stronger. And notice how he's still talking to himself learning and adapting to every fight. Surprised he doesn't have his notebook lol
this is why deku is op, he is very analytical, probably the best person to give multiple quirks to in order to maximise their use/synergy
Deku has it stored mentally now. His mind is the notebook. He doesn't have the luxury of pulling out note book to fight in battle of course so practical application and observation is the key. So he got it mentally stored as we see.

*TIMELINE:* The war took place towards the end of March (ch 257) and it is now sometime in April (ch 306). The prison break was same night of war, then when we cut to see Bakugo in hospital, a transition of 2 days is shown (ch 298). Uraraka narrates transition of 3 days with Pro hero press conference (ch 306), then it shows Deku left. So at least 5 days passed minimum from end of war. And note in manga of Recovery Girl to help aid quick recovery to those at hospital (ch 309).

After watching Grand Shindo fighting Muscular I gotta be honest, we all know he got he’s ass handed to him. If it wasn’t for Vigilante Deku showing up and saving Grand Shindo from being killed by Muscular his ass would’ve been grass. Because the fact that your a hero/high school student who thinks he has a chance in a 1v1 fight against a villain who can manipulate his muscles into being more powerful/stronger, then proceeded to whoop your ass? Nah you should’ve been put six feet under.
Gotta at least give Shindo props for his vibration to help weaken Muscular for Deku to deliver finishing blow as one shot.
How dare you, Boruto i'ts not even on filler anymore(a.k.a anime canon), even so you can just go to the manga the Fire story is all there.
