    Greater noida me , college aur Real estate yahi to do bussiness hai bas. colelge bhi real estate ko support kartaa hai.
    real estate Dalao ne yahaa rate bahut high kar diyaa hai.
    Rent par room lene ke liye bhi , established broker sirf milne milne ka 500 le rahe hain.
    Yahaa par abhi Property ki kami bhi ho chuki hai from rent rooms to good number of houses. Bubble bana diaa hai wo alag.
    I dont think hype will survive much. ppl use to move to r noida for affordable good quality life. Lekin ab ye apnaa Image kharab karta jaa rhaa hai.

      Thats because gentry is full with chutiya gujjars, yadavs... Otherwise it wud hv been a great place for living, but you can say mainly for retirement life or fr someone who wants to setup small businesses here.

    Greater Noida will damage due to black dealers.Graeter Noida is.not filled 15 years. Greater Noida is hub of black dealers all molls are empty.

    Nice vlog….Rates 2014 se 2021 tak same the…jab se airport aur samsung ki factory lagi tab se badh gaye….Balki delhi me last 10 years se rate same hain….Leking agar 2027 me yogi sarkar haar jaati hain toh greater noida fir backward hojayega
