the problem with only habving four ppvs is a) storylines go on WAY TOO LONG (see MJF vs Jay White and Co) AND it ruins any title defense when u've announce a match IN SEPTEMBER FOR LATE NOVEMEBER (again see MJF vs Jay White) because u know that if they've announced that big of a match months in advance then theres a 99.9 percent chance they're not going to change the belt.

Absolutely nothing good could have come from Strong doing a gut wrench powerbomb to Cassidy on the top ropes. I'm sure there are others I missed. But I'm starting to agree with Al Snow. Someone is gonna die in an AEW ring or at least be paralyzed.
The roster bloat is a huge problem for AEW. They shouldn’t make more signings and allow some contracts to expire. However, if a big name comes available in 2024, most of the wrestling community will be saying AEW must sign them no matter what. I don’t think they should because AEW have enough stars at the top of the card or towards the top who they can build on to get into the world title picture
Actually it is not a problem it actually allows AEW to do it's partnerships with other promotions They have like 6 partners that use their wrestlers to be DRAWS for their promotions cause their on television These partnerships lead to forbidden door and using their talent when someone is injured or for storyline purposes It has also allowed AEW to position itself were they can discuss with signed talent like Will Ospreay while under contract and scoop them up
I don’t want AEW to fail, I expect it to the way it’s going. Between the backstage turmoil, the declining ticket sales and signing every wrestler they can on top of egos running wild is not a good combo

I think that finally they have enough time to get now like half of the roster regular ring time but even with that, it seems like Tony needs a lot more help with booking and other management. I want AEW to succeed! I would love to see Tony get help with going the correct direction.

I think it's just a result of WWE having done this for soooo long that at this point, any new company is bound to find themselves stuck unless they take a similar approach to WWE. That being said, I think AEW could be a great alternative if they just tried being themselves, while doing it right. Cause right now, they're neither of those things.

Some wrestlers don't need to go to AEW and others don't need to go to WWE. Not everything is always going to work out the way we wanted to be. Or even for the wrestlers sake. You think people would learn from the past how many wrestlers were often misused in promotions. And someone like MJF doesn't need to go to WWE. Like, for him to get buried by Roman? He's too good for WWE. And besides, both promotions rosters are stacked. Not enough storylines and wrestlers being used on TV. I wouldn't be surprised if many wrestlers are just taking advantage of Tony Khan for quick cash and then getting out given their stories of bad backstage morale. 2023 had more wrestlers speaking positively about IMPACT and helping them rediscover their passion and positive attitudes with short stints - as TNA returns to fight back and WWE climbing back it'll be interesting if AEW rebounds, steadies, or falters. TK needs to grow up ... perhaps get some management advice from Scott D'Amore as he's fixed a lot past bad management.

Best aew PPV for me was Wrestledream. Had fantastic matches, if not the absolute best in their history, but the best part was my family and I were there for it. We went to Collision the night before, then got bumped to front row when we went back for the PPV. Such a great experience.
I don't think they're dumb enough (or able) to add another show while still negotiating rights for the existing shows. And I don't see Raw moving to Wednesdays. But I would actually bet on all other eight of these happening.
If Raw moved to Wednesdays, Tony would move Dynamite to Mondays to keep the fans who were trained to watch wrestling on Monday nights over multiple decades

Worlds End 7. Wrestledream Wrestledream can be their version of Wrestlemania, and they also make it like a collab with new Japan pro Wrestling
REVOLUTION is their best PPV. FULL GEAR comes in 2nd. Forbidden Door in 3rd. Until Forbidden Door is vs TNA, NWA, and WWE, that’s the REAL forbidden door.

Am I fan of AEW? Not really. It’s already time-consuming enough to keep up with WWE. However, I do like having AEW around as it forces WWE to stay on its toes and prevents stagnation.

The Women's division is a true weak point. They should make a tag division to get more women on tv. The fact they only have 2 titles and the men have 4 singles titles, a tag division and a trios division makes them the division look like an afterthought

Having one person hold a title for a year+ is boring. Not everyone has to have some dominant run and you can take the belt off of someone without making them look weak... IF you have a good creative team.

I actually think MJF leaving to WWE would be a good thing for AEW. In AEW, he gets way more TV time which could be used for other talent. He's always felt like a WWE guy. Let him go there. I doubt WWE would push him like AEW has. AEW needs to focus on being AEW and not WWE.
