  • In this video, practice problem 4.55 from chapter 4 of the book electric circuits Alexander Sadiku will be solved, which corresponds to the topic of Theorems of Analysis of electric circuits. It will be explained how to obtain the Norton equivalent of the electrical circuit seen from terminals a and b.
    To find the Thevenin resistance of the circuit, a 1V test source will be placed and then calculate the current that passes through that source and finally apply Ohm's law to find the value of the dependent source. Finally, the kirchhoff current law to find the current io.
    To find the Thevenin voltage, Kirchhoff's current law will be applied to the Va node to obtain the current io and then apply Ohm's law.

    si en lugar de haber hallado Vth, halle I norton poniendo un cable en las terminales a y b, entonces puedo obtener Vth multiplicando Rth x Inorton?
