OMG we just booked the Hotel Califonia in Zhangjiajie City earlier this week. We booked it because it was walking distance to the Tianmen Mountain cable car. We booked 2 nights at the hotel. We planned to do Tianmen Mtn on day one and 2nd day go up to the Yuanjiajie scenic area (Avatar Mountains) of the National Park. Once again thanks for the excellently produced videos!
@@WalkaboutRojo No, not just in this tine, in mountain areas it rains every day but not all day long. I have hiked Rockie Mountain, Great Smokies, Alps, and etc...they are all the same in terms of rains. There's a Chinese saying " there is no half day sunshine in mountains.
