Yes it's definitely way overwhelming considering it was only day 2 and not even the night time raid.
hey Blitz i played this game and you need to rush to the enemy's castle and garther crystals in the fog of war, this is not a causal game
It's a pretty casual game, it's just not meant to be finished in the first couple of tries.
You get coins for each night you survive and can get upgrades and more defensive buildings with those.
