Thanks Tom. Your words are so powerful. I love your conviction. I lost my little sister to suicide 7 years ago and it was the darkest period of my life. It took years to process the grief. Yet, she gave me a gift and that is that nothing can destroy me, because if I could be destroyed by pain, it would've happened already. Now, I can salsa dance with my pain. I've gone on camping trips with my own demons and they're really not that scary, now that we're truly acquainted, they have no power. Because of my sister, things that used to crush me can't, because by comparison they're nothing compared to what I've already lived through. Death is crushing, but it can also be incredibly liberating to truly feel, understand and know the impermanence of everything, including myself. Now, I'm living my dream and creating life on my own terms, bringing the vision into reality. Risk, schmisk, I'll be dead in 70 years max, so in the meantime I'll throw my hat in the ring at every chance. Best of all, I've never been happier.

I was so used to watching motivational videos for a long time but now i realise they are just crap. People when want to do work or something hard, they go for motivation but they dont realise that the person in that video is only showing you to how others have done it or how to do it.This realisation has taught me that motivational video is not for motivation, it is actually the METHODS required to achieve your goal.Tom bilyeu has helped me a lot in gaining experiences through his videos and i dont know how to thank him for that.But still scrolling on youtube is literally time waste.However, through tom bilyeu i always get the power to move on.Thank you for that.
well said, i feel when single mindly focused on a goal with actions, it is achieved cos help support also appears on the way to that goal. once in a while when feeling down its ok to watch such quotes as it kicks morale up

How did you come across Impact Theory? I started watching his videos when he started Inside Quest and that was because I was working at a supplement store that sold quest bars.

One of my best motivational speaker . I am really grateful for all the speeches .
I am an immigrant, I came here when I was 22 yo. I was homeless, living in Chicago during the winter, I did not have anything to eat for 2 or 3 weeks. Just water and vitamins.
My family back home asked me to go back home. But my pain and pride was too big. So I endured it. I am a US citizen now, I received my citizenship while I was serving in the US Navy in my 2nd tour in Iraq.
I am still standing, I am here, I have now a. Beautiful son, a beautiful woman, and a little house.
TO ALL, KEEP ON FUCKING GOING. It will get either better or you will learn how to deal with it.

Hey Tom. Just wanted to say thank you so much for everything you do. I stumbled upon one of your live AMAs as a UA-cam recommendation last month and ever since, my world has taken a 180. Beforehand, I found myself in a job that I hate with a college degree that I regret and entirely lost in terms of my goals. In a matter of weeks, I've begun practicing a growth mindset (and read the book), learning every day, reading every day, learning a new skill that I ignored before because I thought it to be too challenging, and I've (finally) started meditating. And while I'm still in that job that I don't exactly enjoy, I am excited to be building a new foundation for my life that is already starting to open new doors. This is only the beginning :)

I Take tons of notes & have journals filled to learn & speak life into myself, to encourage & to motivate myself from these videos of inspiration and motivation. Every quote I write down in my journal of quotes. I can't explain how these videos have helped me crawl out of the dark place I was in for so long. It was a divine intervention that I started watching these videos when I did last year. I had given up, thinking nothing would change or help. this became my therapy.
