Honestly I feel as though Pantheon would’ve been better if they were the Verdansk test subjects woken up years after Stitch’s plan, but that’s just me.
That actually sounds pretty cool. They would destroy the west from the inside, and it would line up well with what stitch said: we will find success where Dragovich could not.
Get this man on treyarchs team haha. Or at least mention something with all the black ops 1 sleeper agents after the numbers broadcast station was broken down at the Rusalka
I genuinely thought the same with the amount of numbers tapes we see lying around even in the pantheon building I thought these were numbers program related. But I’ve now just realised stitch stuff was in 1986 and this cradle stuff is supposed to be well before that (1981)
Pantheons leader is angstrom. Hear ne out: 1. In the multiplayer whenever you win, Woods says, "Hold up, let me get angstrom on the line, he'll whant to hear this. Whenever you play as crimson one and are losing the female commander has a quote that goes a little like this: This is unacceptable, we promised angstrom their heads! This leads me to believe that Jackson Caine is the muscle doing the hard work while Angstrom is pulling the strings. If he isn't the leader, he is at the very least part of Pantheon as he is playing both sides. 2. Although we dont see him in the campaign, he is mentioned a lot and is made clear he is Livingston's second in command. He is also the one who signed the kill order on Alex Mason, Frank Woods, and Gregori Weaver in 1969. 3. In the campaign when Addler rejoins you and has a convo about Raul Menedez, Addler states that whenever those wire transfers from menendez to his bank account were made public Angstrom wanted to meet with him. Addler does not meet with him and instead goes on the run. It is very lukely Angstrom was plotting an ambush on Addler to clear up any loose ends. Now let's get to angstrom master plan: Angstrom wants to recreate the numbers sequence to make brainwashed supersoldiers using the cradle. The reason Anstrom has Mason killed is because in 1984 Stitch is able to recreate the numbers sequence in Verdansk for Percius. Angstrom seeing that Mason would lukely be compromised and the cradle being fully developed in 1983 decided that Mason was no longer of use to him or Pantheon. During the Panama incident he tries to get Alex Mason, Jason Hudson and, Russell sddler killed. He only succeeds on killing Mason and Hudson. He wants Hudson out of the way since he has close ties to the top of the CIA and Livingston. Hudson was already aware of Pantheon's existance so Angstrom likely wanted to silence him. Russell Addler was a target because he was also compromised by the numbers sequence in 1984. During the BO6 campaign Angstrom uses Jane Harrow to orchestrate a terrorist plot on US soil that would cause the director of the CIA; Daniel Livingston to be removed and have Angstrom take his place. With him in full control he would be free to carry out any of his experiments without the government finding out. During the campaign in the yacht mission when Case gets caught Angstrom is likely the man that was talking to the Avalon mob boss. I don't have any proof on this but since he's the only voice with no clear identifier and clearly knows Case well I'm going to assume it's Angstrom. Apologies for any spelling mistakes in advance.
just finished the campaign 20 minutes ago. a solid 8/10. i like how we still know nothing. we basically know nothing about pantheon except a few details. case is still a misterious character. who is the voice in his head, how is he immune to the cradle. i like when stories where there are still questions at the end: who was the guy at the end, what will happen next. we still have 15 years until cordie die so there is a lot of stuff treyarch can do in that time gap
In are black ops time line it’s 15 years until cordis die. But we also know the aftermath of cordis die and in are mw timeline we’re 2 months away from cordis die. The next 3 cods will be very intense‼️
@@UBAT128 yeah, that gets quickly debunked when you go back and realize Caine was in the interrogation room recording at the beginning of the game and also appears in Most Wanted if you get caught by the CIA agents and subtitles confirm it’s him. 37:35 I think it’s because in the end of the campaign, Harrow is supposed to replace Livingstone after the cradle disaster, so I think the Pantheon are building these to see how the cities look like from a top down view or maybe how the cradle could spread in those cities.
after playing this mission my mind started wondering on the topics of zombies like what if zombies isnt actually zombies its just the hallucination from the cradle, and the project could have been called requiem, it all makes sense and thats why we dont see weaver anymore.
We know Pantheon consist of former European and US operative from what Alawi said and Adler also said there recruitment consist of western .. as well as pantheon is homegrown very interestin choice of words but it shows that maybe they were a facility of scientists but .. interestingly enough Adler was apart of the facility than it got shut down and Jackson Caine also joined pantheon in 1980s both taking place 10 years eventually it was shut down by biohazard. We also learn case was a test subject the first and last as the other subjects unsure if they lived but they way Case mind of Harrow said they all aren't here anymore .. and Case is a dangerous individual mutiple times said in Guild Campaign and finale campaign ... also a scientist (not sure who his voice is familiar I just can't remember where from maybe the guy Black something who knows) told Case to never reveal pantheon or what they are achiveing and we switch back to a figure .. could this possibly be case as in a way ... looking at case at certain angles .. we see him having a mask in campaign or other times having a hoody on certain campaign missions and never revealing front of face only side angle of his mask but thats all I can see. Also interestingly enough the person named Black was the one who did a kill order on Harrow family I wonder why maybe they know too much on pantheon or maybe to throw someone off-guard to cause a diversion and knowing it will come here years later .. but its only a theory) Also the mission when Case was chocking Harrow is reminiscent to Alex mason drowning Dragovich than eventually he swam all the up to the surface for Case he is in a helicopter that is locked but interestingly enough when he (kinda funny if plot twist is a she but I don't know about that) was choking Harrow .. his vision starts to darker and darker and who knows maybe he becomes a different person and escaped with his strength like another person .. as 2 weeks has passed .. this mission has vibes from black ops 3 of not knowing how you got there or how you were able to be alive in that time.
I honestly was annoyed by the campaign. Some missions just dragged on and took forever. I liked the story to an extent, but I feel like we still don’t even really know who Pantheon is, who killed Harrow’s parents (and why). We didn’t technically see Harrow actually die. I also thought they leaned too much in the whole mind fuck/zombies/alternate self in Harrow’s head thing. Like there’s two long, dragged out missions with mind fuck stuff instead of missions where we actually learn more about/confront Pantheon. Also, the true “big bad” is just shoved in a cutscene at the end, and we won’t get a resolve for a lot of this until the seasons, which I’m sure a lot of people like myself don’t follow.
Since this mission is telling us that Case was the one responsible behind the gas leak maybe the Cradle activated his guilty conscious and we’re reliving a twisted version of what lead up to the incident. The Zombies are supposed to represent the people he killed coming back to haunt him as he feels he has blood on his hands. What I can’t figure out is if Case went rogue after basically being discarded by Pantheon or if another Pantheon agent used Case to cover up their mess by literally burying it.
I think for the key cards you have to make sure you are selecting the color card correctly- if you don’t have say the blue card you can’t put it in there- you have to make sure you are lined up with the red card you do have.
I can answer the mask breaking thing Falling that far into water would basically be like running into a wall at full speed the glass on the mask simply broke from the impact when you hit the water It's also probably part of the reason case was breathing so heavily when you swim to the surface he got winded from taking that big a hit Also side note checking the challenges for this mission there are actually 5 phone calls but i definitely couldn't the 5th one
They definitely say case the zombies also swap between being zombies and your teammates and they say case in the voice if your teammates like Marshall and sev and wood later obviously It's probably a bit of case hallucinating and probably his teammates trying to contact him on the radio mixing together

So I guess this make Case & Harrow both loose ends, so did they forget about being at this facility or were they made to forget, also the timing of the accident, the day of the shut down fir maintenance and the 10-11 years of Alder being there are they connected and show a timeline
Could it be that the reason it flashes between the zombies and then pantheon soldiers, because they potentially were the ones who seemed to have been through there recently like marshal mentions and got infected with the cradle and have all gone mad and these are the “zombies” case is killing, the pantheon that have been exposed to cradle
This is going to be a conversation opinion but here it is.
