I don’t understand how anyone that is involved in this either through social media, or as being ones that are actively involved in this thinks that the property owner was not harassed. It kind of breaks my heart that she is being made out to be the enemy when all she’s trying to do is protect her land. If I was in that situation where I did not know any of the history, because I listen to my real estate agent, the title, and based off my taxes I paid I would stand firm on my ground also! Anyone that says they would not if they were in her boat I would have to say is either a liar, or a saint. If someone says they would just give their generational wealth away, then wow, good for them, if I was her, I would have pushed harder, and just to add a little dollop of petty that part of the park would’ve been named after my family. People don’t want to see the bigger part of this. I actually found this woman through an attorney that was watching this case for their law firm. I don’t think anybody understands the presidence. This would have set hadn’t gone to court. Don’t know how it would’ve worked out in court, but it would’ve been referred to in every land Court case to come. She stood up for her rights and protected her land and in turn she plays a part in protecting all of our lands and yet she’s being made out to be the villain. Nobody in this behaved perfectly, but I have to side with her. If this was happening on my land, I would’ve been just as angry and probably not been walking out with milk and cookies for everybody either. The ones that continue to come after her I challenge you to go out and donate approximately 25% of your land to the city. When families are coming in picnicking on your land and leaving their trash there, I want you to go clean it up with a smile on your face every day, I don’t want you getting upset when kids are playing, flipping you off, screaming at all hours of the night, when strange men walk through your property with cameras, don’t be upset, if someone is injured on your property and Sue’s you just be ready to pay it out of pocket with a smile on your face because that’s what you were expecting her to do

The woman that told the people that they needed to be civil with you if they are expecting you to be civil with them was EPIC! too bad it was all cut short by the man from Jeffco open space, sounded like a cat fighting and the one wasn't going to take shit from the community in her statement about showing respect to you as they want respect from you. rrrreeerrrr

She has become a good friend of mine and was shunned by the community for befriending me. She took the time to get to know me and my family and has always spoken up for us.

Way to end on a high note dad!!!! Bummer the commissioner didn't nip that in the bud, but instead said, call the police ! File reports ! Incite more issues instead of saying something like your dad. Great eloquent way to say, grow up and be better!!

Follow you on TikTok and living the mass mob neighborhood dream as well. Didn't realize you even had a UA-cam until I saw your recent video lol.. But since you are not taking anything down, so proud of you, it gave me courage to start posting my stuff here as well. I am so SO sick of being silenced and terrified of those who are doing this.

I’m so elated to hear my story has influenced yours. I’m proud of you and grateful for the generous words. They prey on our fear. Have none & beat them at the games they make us play.
I will be on UA-cam more these days. Following you back.

I live on Corp land, there are trees, shrubs etc that can not be touched, if something is planted you have to go through hoops for approval, you can not disturb any land. I leave it all alone, if something is or looks dangerous, just report it. Same goes fir for non land owners, they can not touch anything, disturb dirt etc.

Love and agree with your dad. I would put cameras up around your property to protect yourself and your loved ones, I see a set up. Especially when the one lady asked about who is responsible for injuries sustained while trespassing on private property and when the commissioner pushed the convenience of reporting any transgressions via an app that everyone should download or call the sheriff. It is also worrisome that a few are still holding on to a grudge about a verbal altercation and was disappointed when you weren't punished. It baffles me that they are focused on a trivial thing as words instead of the true crime and injustice that the town and local government felt like they were in the right in attempting to take your property that you rightfully own and pay taxes on. I also feel that the previous owner holds some responsibility if they did not disclose that they allowed the community/park to use their property.

I am so happy you got what you wanted.
I'm curious do you as a private property owner have to follow the army Corp of engineers in fencing for flood mitigation? specifically on that berm on the creek side closest to your house. if so is there plans for possibly some very thick and thorny shrubbery to keep people off the private property in that segment, and to offer some privacy to you and your family?

What’s wild is that a city can just decide to steal land back from a property owner at this point and say “hey, here’s a quarter million to make you ok with it.”
