So does that have Cup competitions and stuff as well?

Yes, the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup is in this DB as well as the CONCACAF Champions Cup. The US Open Cup goes down to tier 4 (League 2).
Tier 5 has the Regional Cups depending on their specific region, with even some of them being part of the Open Cup.
Tier 6 does not have a cup competition.
I've already recorded episode 2, but I can show this off quickly in episode 3.
