@@bbsclosetcreations Yeah. I suppose you can heat up tortillas a second time but you have to eat them fast and I don’t like them burnt to a crisp like that.
In my limited experience with 'fine dining', everything that's supposed to be hot ends up room temperature (except maybe the soup) ...because they take forever to plate the dishes and those tiny portions lose all their heat immediately. LMAO it always cracks me up that rich people regularly pay so much for cold food.

really enjoyed the movie, but was slightly bummed they used seemingly factory made tortillas versus handmade as props given the context
Many of the dishes in the film had to be made by real chefs, so I don't think they had the time to make real tortillas from scratch.
I loved this scene but there's no chance those tortillas are made from maize. Those are definitely flour.
It kind of makes sense they would be flour because a white background for the wire transfer would make it easier to film
