That's the standard truck in Sweden for construction basically, atleast for smaller firms, because they are so versatile. Called a load exchanger truck here.

I don't like when trees are removed, except if their dead and/or threatening a structure (leaning over, foundation, etc...).

Yeah! Sbff Sorunda part time fire station. I recognize it! Free apples for the crew? So the Hydrema uses physical parking brake when you unloading gravel in a slope? Haha
Yeah, I noticed that as well. :) It's sort of impressive how the excavator moves it when grabbing materials, even on flat ground.

The off road truck able to run it on public street? Here in the U.S. There only allowed on job site. Not public roads.
Here in Norway some Volvo A25 is allowed. I think up to 2006 models.
Norway and Sweden is really similar.
