No apologies necessary! I'm an instrumental guy myself.
Nice job sight reading that piece. It's great regardless of how imperfect you say it is. Thanks for playing for us.

That was a really nice arrangement and you played it a lot of feeling which is sometimes hard when there is difficult picking. That's a great song. I'm glad you brought it.

Beautiful song and beautifully performed! Sometimes I get interrupted, too.

I've found it helpful to warn anyone around when I'm going to record. My mic picks up waaaay too much background sound of rustling chip bags, cabinets or drawers closing, sneezes, etc etc. Glad you found a window to share this beauty with us!!

Yes, I might have to make more of an effort to do that!

Really nice, not just technically, but you brought a lot of emotion out in the playing. I loved it.

That was beautiful! You've really done it justice. Nice flow and timing. The tone in that instrument is so sweet, too!

Thank you! I found that just slowing it down helps a lot eh.

@CasparHarmer seconding Marin's comment with a follow-up question.. may I ask what ukulele you're playing? I love its warm tone! 🔥🥰🔥

@hands_on_lanzon I normally use my LoPrinzi, but this song needs a linear tuning and I use my Alvarez (fairly basic uke) with Pepe Romero Baby Baritone strings - it's really those that make all the difference - Baritone sound from a Tenor body!

Wow, that was enjoyable. I couldn't help doing a little tongue-yodeling along with it :)

Wow. I am reading about how this is imperfect, etc..But this sounds and feels right to me. The feelings are all there. I really enjoyed watching you play this. So expressive. Wonderful, warm sound from the uke with those bari strings. Absolutely stunning, Caspar!
