@@anonymos7236 a good quality you can have no where out if Bengal.....it's absolutely local and heavenly in taste and flavor, khejurer gur or in hindi khejur ka gur is made out of premature date's liquor and dominates a wide variety of Bengali desserts...... While trying to purchase from Amazon do not mess it up with akher gur or gur made out of sugarcane liquor....☺️☺️☺️

the best nd most famous rasogoola is the original Rasogolla made in our Odisha's Pahal district called "Pahal rasogolla" ..its unbeatable in taste nd its most surprising speciality is that..it doesnt fill our mouth with too much cheap nd unwanted sweetness like bengali rosogolla nd other sweet types in whole of india..no offence but pahal rosgolla has such unique sweetness nd brilliant taste that our mouth doesnt become too much sweetened..instead it always feels heavenly nd we can eat as much as we want..its also offered in our world famous puri jagannath temple as Bhog along with our other chhappan bhogs nd to goddess lakshmi on our famous Ratha yatra festival ...apart from pahal rasogolla..odisha has produced many other unbeatable sweet dishes like Kheera Rasabali,badaam Raabidi,Chhena poda, Chhena jhilli, Chhena murki, Sandes, Chhena cham cham,Chhena goja, meetha dohi,kheera Gaintha etc etc, nd this unlimited list goes on..frnds do come to our state nd try them someday..u will just be wanting more nd more😊😊

'Sandesh' is the most beautiful Bengali sweet according to me and it's much more healthier than 'Rasgulla' !!!! It contains less sugar and is much more tasty and yummy !!! It can be of any shape. Circle, square, round sphere and even cubical !!! And when sandesh is made with 'Gur' (Jaggery) which we Bengali call the 'Makha Sandesh', it's just like Amrita!!!!! No doubt about that !!! Being a Bengali guy, I love to eat sandesh 😋

We call them Abar Khabo...and Sandesh is called kancha golla...That sweet is not Kancha Golla...How can say Sandesh is like Barfi??...Those two sweets are completely different...
Really nice infact the addition of rose water and putting a rose petal above will give rise to the famous Bengali rose sandesh. Loved it!! Infact a small pouch of liquid jaggery inside would have made it a delicacy.. made me remeber my city of joy!! Need not be.....it is very annoying seeing over possesively boastful bengalis getting pissed off due to rasgulla shondesh or any other bengali dish being mis handled or mis pronounced...... obviously the native people will only get the actual pronounciation right! I bet i'll name a few local regional dishes from other parts of india and you won't get it right!
@@tarang643 ummm atleast if someone repeatedly tells me, chances are, I'll try to. But these people don't even try. I mean it wouldn't have been this annoying if they just didn't mention "Bengali" there...but when one is putting it's originality, then one should remember to do it correctly. That's what I think :)
