notice the weird guy who kicked a glass bottle to get it on the track of bus tires, what violation will that be? fines, misdeamenors?

Yeah I noticed that too. Any of these charges may apply. Notice that there is a CCTV in most VIVA Stations so it can capture everything live. Also, the same guy was blocking a southbound VIVA Blue bus as it turns left from Bernard Terminal to Bernard VIVA station. He was walking at the middle of the bus lanes. He doesn't have a mask as he boarded the southbound bus plus he doesn't pay his fare before boarding the bus.
