This 30 Days Of Yoga series has a last minute sponsor that i am so proud to share with you all and who has positively impacted my practice the past few years.
Liforme creates eco-friendly alignment inspired yoga mats.
These mats are not only beautiful and created with positive intention but they serve an important roll in our yoga practice, especially for beginners.
Many beginners often practice using mats that are quite slippery, Liforme offers grippy mats that will support you on your journey.
When we practice poses like down dog on mats that are slippery, from my own, and the many students who have joined me, we tend to loose our alignment, and work even harder to stay in poses which can stunt our growth within our practice, quickly inflict unnecessary pain, and possible injuries.
Liforme mats also feature alignment lines that help us align our feet and hands throughout the practice helping us stay more aware and present.
We should truly feel grounded and safe on the mat, i highly recommend Liforme as a beginners mat.
This incredible brand not only helps support us in our yoga practice, but they also support change, fighting for important causes like animal welfare, social injustice and Environmental Conservation.
Liforme is a great representation of the yoga community.

Fantastic yoga 🧘♀️ start in the morning namaste 🙏 Elvira
Thank you for this lovely practice, Bird. I hope your day is as wonderful as you are. 🙏🏾
Thank you so much, Devion! 🤗❤️ So happy you enjoyed this practice!
Bird, the hip opener where we laid on our stomachs and put our knee out on a pillow was so incredible today! I just fell right into the pose and I felt pure relaxation and just felt myself sinking into the floor and being supported by the floor. And it was just an incredible grounding connection for me! I am really enjoying this 30 day journey and I am sad it is coming to an end. I will choose another one to do next month! Namaste!
felt amazing on my hips and back!!
Thank you so much for this. My hips are soooo much better. No meds now, even when it rains.
Namaste, I am grateful that the ancient wisdom of INDIA and Hinduism ( yoga and meditation) is being appreciated and adapted all over the world now...
cannabis.
You are a blessing to me. I always used blocks and others(youtubers who have yoga channels do as well) ;however, you just make it so smooth.
So happy you enjoy these classes, David! 🤗❤️
Thanks Bird, awesome as always.🤙🏻
So happy to hear you liked this sequence! Thanks for joining practice, Mark! ❤️
Feeling very relaxed thank you💛
So glad you liked this one 🤗💗
Hello. I want to begin the 30 day challenge. I am very tight...I would need to do these practices more than one day but the series is different everyday. I definitely need to do the full 30 days worth of exercises. Do you think it’s best to just follow the full 30 day program every month until my flexibility improves?
You can do any class as long as you like. You don’t have to do each class after the other. You can stay on any class as long as you need. The series is curated to offer flexibility for the entire body so each day offers something new. However, as mentioned you can do any class for as many days as you’d like. I highly recommend switching it up between the strength and flexibility classes though, as this offers the body a safe flexibility routine and journey which is why I curated the series the way I did. I hope this helps 😊
🙏🏾❤️
Thank you, Bird!!!
I have a knot from working out in my left glute 🤦♀️ What do you recommend for this? I’ve tried using a foam roller, rolling on it with my legs lifted with my elbows bent behind me rolling on the glute and nothing is working. Thank you!! 💜
When I get a knot in my glute I place a foam yoga block under that side and I repeatedly rock back and for over it and as I’m rolling over the knot I take my time so it adds a bit more pressure. This is similar to foam rolling but it’s a flat surface rather than a roller which uses a bit more energy making us strain rather than relax in that area. Try it with the block! And I highly recommend epsom salt baths if you don’t do them already 🤗❤️
Thank you!! I’m actually taking my epsom salt bath while reading your reply ☺️. Epsom salt baths are a total must for me too! I will try the block when I get out. I really appreciate your reply. Have a beautiful evening! 🤗💛
Holly1588 twinning! I just got out of my epsom bath haha 💗🤗 cheers to relaxation!
