I'm thrilled that the indoor areas are 100% smoke-free. I will definitely be staying at this property on my next trip to California. The views are gorgeous!!!
Cody this casino opening turned out to be a DISASTER I was there 5 days after the opening a the problems were horrible no staff on the floor for help, lots of machines off, no room to get at machines in the center with a wheel chair or without one to cramped. They did not have everything on their menu at the coffee shop where we had to eat because there were lines everywhere else. Access to the casino from the garage with a wheel chair was a joke. On and on but the WORST was the tightened up machines I was there 5 hours and did not see 1 handpay ,I lost my ass they did things backwards and should have let the people win first in order to have them come back, but that won't be me I'm sticking with Black Oak Casino. Man these CRC people are greedy but that's what will bring them down.
I also forgot to mention I did not see anyone winning period on any slot machine, and the food at the coffee shop is slop.i would not buy it for my dog.
