Super helpful! I’ve been thinking that it’s time to change my headline but wasn’t sure of what to include/ using the job descriptions for keywords is genius. Thank you!!
Just wanted to say Thanks to you and Self made Millennial's tips I landed my dream job! Four months later after my second interview in May the impact was that big that they still remembered me when they were ready to fill the position. I'm still pinching myself after accepting the job if this is real. 🙊
Its a shame how this value is underrated , YOU ARE AMAZING Prof. KEEP UP
Glad you think so!
Hi Professor Heather, I've seen some recruiters saying that your headline should convey your current position, and NOT the position you are interested in because recruiters would see it as a lie. Could you please clarify this subject? Thank you so much for the great content on your videos.
this is great information, thank you so much Heather!
Glad you liked it!

Such great information to create a stellar LinkedIn profile 🙂
Yeah! Thanks, Katherine. I don't know about you, but I sure do love me some LinkedIn! 😅
I have a question. You see HR professionals saying not to include your photo on your resume or application packet to avoid unconscious bias, but I keep seeing people say you HAVE to have a profile pic on LinkedIn. Wouldn't that open you up to bias?
Great question! Your right about not having a headshot in your resume. LinkedIn is very different than a resume. You definitely want a headshot on your LinkedIn profile. Hope this helps! :)
I believe it could contribute to bias
