I guess the colours of the characters has a meaning, because you can see how enthusiastic the Yellow character is and how Depressed and silent the blue character is. Yellow is the color of the light and happines and blue is usually sad and silent, that explains it.

In order to compensate for the extreme length of his arms, when pulling of he moves his whole body to the side, giving the illusion of over-extending. Yellow also leans back a bit, giving more headroom

maybe in an update but we know it wont happen
Why not? Animal Crossing: New Leaf is getting a huge update later this year despite the game is almost 4 years old and was seemingly forgotten for a long while. If a lot of fans clamour for their faves to be added Nintendo might give in.
Though that's very likely due to the fanbase is getting extremely impatient for the next game to be released and Nintendo probably did this just to tide them over. Which is a completely different scenario from Megamix.

I think it's mostly a confusing perspective. Their right arms are at a 90° angle, but since you can't really recognize what position their hands are, it's hard to remember that. Also he's (Y) pointing his hand to himself/holding it under his arm. And the knob is to control gain/basically volume and since there are two turntables, it's probably DJY's personal one and he usually uses both turntables, therefore one gain knob.

So since I haven't seen it anywhere, and I was just playing through this game myself when I got to this stage, I just want to point out that in DJ School, while you hold the touch down, you can scratch at the screen before the flick release, and it actually does make turntable scratching sounds for the game! If you're feeling adventurous with it, add a few more scratches to your scratch-o!

While we got Pajama Party in Megamix which is almost "Love Lab 2.0" in terms of atmosphere, I question why we couldn't get the original Love Lab as unlockable. After all they gave us "The Dazzles" which Cheer-Readers is way too similar to.
I'm disappointed they didn't have any unlockable endless games or remixes

I feel like the reason why this wasn't included in Mega mix is because it would be boring with just one button.
But then again, maybe they could flip the game, and then press the B button to hold the disk, then quickly slide your thumb(or finger) to the A button for sliding the disk.

I love how Yellow just loses it and starts laughing near the end.
I always enjoyed DJ School as it's something in the expression that makes it seem wholesome. In my eyes, with how the headphones on Blue are knocked the other way, they kinda seem like those braces that go over your face? (I forgot the name - My bad!) Also, with how their arms are a lot more 'slack' and draped over the desk, they seem a little bit on the meeker side, maybe disabled in some way?
So, if there is a story, I'd like to think Yellow is teaching Blue how to DJ, and is constantly hyping them up as they go along, with how Yellow looks literally OVERJOYED when Blue succeeds. It's so funky and wholesome, and the beat is just GREAT.

The cruel thing is that they put a DJ School easter egg in Lush Remix so they knew about the game and probably intended to put it in, but it became just one of the many games cut from the final game.

-That's DJ Yellow and the student.
-People are mishearing DJ Yellow's line therefore they're saying something involving "Joe" but it's actually "scratch-o".
-DJ Yellow is saying "Break, come on!" and not "Rick" if you're referring to his line.

If you're basing whether or not a stage is good in English or not by the Japanese version, it's worth noting that this stage is unchanged from the Japanese version (aside from the practice and "Go for a Perfect" text).
