how do you configure the "debug" command?, it asks me for an ip address

Hello,
Thank you for your question. The “debug” command which you saw in the video was a test video request command, please contact Wialon support for more information on how to setup this command.
Similar command can be set up using our Wiki page: wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Wialon%2BDUAL_CAM_solution however, please note that in order to get access to video request tab in device settings, you have to contact Wialon support and request them to allow access to additional “video” menu tab in device’s settings.
