A painful but beautiful moment where I recognize it’s over, but it was all worth it. It’s an intense release and I feel it every time I find myself coming back to listen over the years.

Omg. That made me realize both sides are clouds... The song is called Parting, and the person on top of the cloud is "in the clouds" which means they're dead... The other person is either in denial, and searching for the other person, or they're looking to the sky with acceptance thinking "they're okay now, they're up in heaven." Also, another theory I have is that it could also be about the person losing a part of themself. Maybe their child like innocence, their old self in general, and other things along those lines. The song has nothing to do with the picture, they're not related, but I think sheepy picked this one out for a reason.
