very nicely explained though i did each and every step as instructed but in my laptop when i am running the php file using localhost/myphppage or when i am clicking virtual host created by me as per video instructions the file is getting downloaded not showing output what can be the issue

I am getting errors after installation. When i do right click and run as administrator from my desktop icon, i get php.exe- System error - The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR110.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
Should i try reinstalling the application?

Yes, there is a probability of security breach, if there is a sensitive data, don't create on virtual host, recommended

Good one, note pad ++ helps directly to compile and execute, for that purpose we use notepad++or aub line text editors, however these are optional not mandatory, hope you got me what I am trying to explain you
