Wow..it’s beautiful. All of it. The planes, the dresses, the glass building with a nice view of the desert. The Gulf Arabs were given heaven on earth!
You wanna know what's weird, we the Arabs keep saying Europeans got heaven on earth cause of all the beautiful greenery you guys have, it's weird how people think heaven is like

Good god, this brings back some memories, I was working for the Qatar Royal Flight during their first hosting of the GCC, we handled all the VIP aircraft along with the all the freight planes, it was the middle of summer so very difficult for us europeans, additionally, security insisted that only europeans and Asian staff working for the flight were allowed anywhere near the aircraft.
That was a very sweaty, exhausting and interesting arrival day, it was equally an exhausting departure day, however we did get recognition for our efforts as when December that year came about we all had a very nice watch as a thankyou.
I very much enjoyed my time in Qatar
Nice to see all of them getting on now.
When Sultan Qaboos of Oman was still alive, that B747 was housed in an air conditioned hangar and the aircraft looked like it had been cleaned by a toothbrush.

The glass cubed building is located in Alula. It’s the biggest mirror building in the world.
Ultimate display of wealth especially when flying time between these countries are sufficient with a 320 (less than 3hours at max)... And

I think its a Presidential protocol , The crew stays onboard with the planes ready to depart at anytime , that's why they come in big jets although they have smaller private jets for different reasons
