Hello, I came across your video because we were also planning to stay here during our trip in the following months. Such a beauty ryokan from what you've shown in your video! It looks lovely in the autumn months. Thanks for sharing 😊. I do have few questions, if you don't mind me asking? Is the travel there easy? We are going there from Tokyo, but I'm not sure exactly how to navigate. If you can explain the process to which transportation methods you took, I'd appreciate it. Also is all rooms in room dining, because I've read mixed reviews so not to sure. Thank you!
Hello! We took JR Shinkansen from Tokyo station to Mishima Station and from there we took the hotel shuttle bus (charged at 3500 yen/person One way). Reservation is Required and can be made via phone call (can ask for english speaker). The ride took about 2.5-3 hours. On the way to the hotel from Mishima Station, the shuttle will also stop at Gotemba Station to pick up other guests and stop at 1 seasonal attractions sightseeing So sometimes it may arrive slightly late (ard 4pm) after the check in time 15:30 based on my experience.
I believe the hotel also provide complimentary shuttle service from Fujisan station (on the Fujikyuko line, also called "Mt.Fuji station") and Kawaguchiko station upon request. For details pls refer to www.kaneyamaen.com/eng/faq/
I stayed in 'Asumi B Westeern Room' & 'Mizuho Western Room' before. Both time dinner is served in room. Not sure if it applies to all rooms. Best to check with the hotel.

我晚去了 2月中剛去 陰雨濛濛..沒一天能看到山的😂
除了最後一天早餐時才看到富士山 也只是短短一分鐘...
這間旅店我超級建議梅子酒...超好喝 還不帶啤酒味..
價格也便宜...不過不能在餐廳買.要去店內賣店買 1500一瓶 大概300台幣
沒看到就有藉口再去！哈 謝謝你的建議下次有機會再去我也要試試梅子酒😊

室外偏遠樹多應該挺陰涼
旅館內我推薦梅酒跟抹茶...這兩樣都是絕品
冰淇淋看人@@ ...抹茶跟冰淇淋都是時間限定免費的.冰淇淋免費時間很長..晚上時間.白天好像也有.但人都在外面.
抹茶我是平生第一次吃到真正的抹茶.限定晚上6還7點忘了.
而且要走一段路到旅館內另一間茶室而且享用時間超短.可能是因為茶室位置少人多的關係
那味道淺草雷門的都比不過..個人觀點😂
去那應該是淺間或富士町站的大鳥居
所以怕中暑的話多喝水@@?
路上都有餐車或便利店 不用擔心.也有藥店.祝旅途愉快.
大夏天穿全套和服kimono會非常熱噢 我印象中裡面我還需要穿兩層 如果只是浴衣yukata會好點比較薄但是款式應該就比較少選擇
