I’m flying Delta One in January to HNL just to earn some miles. Not looking forward to my year of continued diminished service but can’t argue with the prices and Delta extending my SkyClub membership nearly an extra year.
Warning: just don’t fly Delta One, or any other US based airline in first class, during this COVID-19 pandemic. I had to fly transcontinental 4 times, January to April. There is no meal service. You’ll get a bottle of water and a bag of chips, if you’re lucky.
ᴛʜᴇ ʀᴇᴀʟ ᴅɪʀᴛʏ ᴅᴀɴ it was pilot error for all them in October 2018 I was on Uniteds 757 from Edinburgh to Chicago then Newark to Edinburgh and on a delta 757 from Orlando to Altlanta and they were perfectly fine
Pretty good flight by the look of things and some great views en route !! Shame about the hash browns but I hope your nuts were warm ?? Great video as always and stay safe and well during these awful times. To be honest I would love to get on any aircraft and go somewhere...any bloody where !! Thanks again and well done again !! Are you wearing a flower in your hair in San Fran ?? Great city !!
On Delta they do that if your seat assignment is different than what it is on your normal boarding pass so you get one if you changed your seat last minute, you're on standby or a basic economy ticket and get a seat assignment, or if you get upgraded at the gate. That receipt will just show you your new seat.
GREAT video!~ just loved the little things like those cute salt 'n pepper shakers :) out of all the flights you have taken, what percentage would you say you experienced turbulence?
i love love love the 757. it is my favorite plane. too bad Boeing never made a 2nd gen (757-400) 757. too bad the airlines never realized how flexible the 757 was before production ended and the tooling was destroyed.
The only complaint seemed to be greasy hash browns, so I'd say this was an excellent flight. US domestic flights aren't always great; even in first class some airlines are unimpressive. But Delta gave you a good first-class experience.
When was this flight? I've never done Delta One transcontinental, price is easily twice that of Delta First Atlanta to San Fran. Delta's first is pleasant enough, but one would think that One would be available out of their home city of Atlanta, at least once daily. Well, whatever. I'm looking forward to getting on a plane to anywhere, but when become a very nagging question. The plague forced me to cancel a flight to San Fran in mid March, and now I have no idea of when I'll be able to get back out there to see my family.
Great video as always!! You say that this is the most comfortable way to fly across the United States, but how does it compare to hard products such as Polaris on United's 787-10 or Mint Suites on JetBlue's A321? Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of Delta, and I never hesitate to praise their product, but I think those two options have Delta beaten. Definitely worth trying both of those out on transcon routes too, if you haven't. :)
Nice video and good information, very enjoyable videos. Just as a friendly note: you shouldn’t always use the cross-dissolve transition between your video segments. Transitions must serve the story telling of your videos. Use them between segments that make sense, between night and day or between two segments that are far apart in time. Other than that excellent work!
My husband flies this plane for Delta. He enjoyed your video.
Very cool! tell him i'd love to fly onboard his plane one day and maybe even pay a visit to the cockpit ;)
Ahhh... The good old days. Aviation as we knew it just three short months ago is long gone.
Even longer now 😥
Omg I was born in 2003 so not I don’t know what planes were like pre-tsa and now corona!😭

Orbital Potato. Pre departure check list, by flight crew.
@@camagnew9191 I know, I was making a joke.
Orbital Potato I don’t care if we’re on solid ground, I literally never want to hear the terrain warning in real life. Ever

FlyingAcres they were still parked at the gate
1:25 You can hear sys test from the cockpit.
I am supposed to be flying on this plane to Las Vegas in January. Can't wait!
Very cool video and I didn't find the audio quality that bad for a small camera. Let's hope we get airborne again soon.
I’m coming up to NY very soon! Can’t wait!
Delta Rules!
Great video as always 👍
Glad you enjoyed it
An excellent trip review - I do enjoy flying Delta 👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Great trip report! Delta One looks really nice. I'd love to try a 757 in the future
@inflightxperence Please Change back to amandeuce... please? I liked the. name a lot more

No expresso or cappuccino offered? Even AA offers that. Blue juice toilet...very retro indeed.
Vote for Amandeuce! Let's get back it!

The 757s are all very reliable workhorses without a true competitor, that‘s why airlines don‘t want to retire them.
now that's what I called flying with style
Impeccable views😍
Love ur vids!🙏❤feels lik i myself m travelling

How are the delta one seats on the 757 I am flying from lax-dca on a delta one 757 in 2 weeks
i like the video
Very well done, enjoyed that it didn't have too much distracting music and ads.
Awesome, thank you!
i didnt know they offered delta one in a 757
If you had to choose between 1A or 4A, which would you choose?
I loved the takeoff.
What is that receipt at the gate after scanning the boarding pass? Never seen them before in Canada or in Europe

Terrain.. terrain.. pull up!🥴🙈 reminds me of American 965
Fun Video.. I wonder how many miles they wanted for this Delta 1 Domestic
How much these domestic flights cost?
6 hours?? Must of been some epic head winds. Aka Im a center controller at Indy Center
None of those main courses attract me, at all.
GREAT video!~ just loved the little things like those cute salt 'n pepper shakers :) out of all the flights you have taken, what percentage would you say you experienced turbulence?
maybe around 50%? maybe more, its hard to say, every flight at some point has at least a tiny bit of turbulence!
Between DL, UA, and AA which on do you prefer?
Delta. Best onboard experience IMO
man i could use a sweetwater on a delta flight right about now
What's the différence between b757 and Airbus a321 ?
Moulay Belhamissi the A321 is smaller has less range and is built by airbus and the 757 is way better
So who is the rival of b757
How about for 2022?

this was in december last year. I used a certificate to get upgraded to delta one, cant really tell you how much it is.
Didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did. What did you pay for that flight?
I paid around $200 for a RT ticket in economy and used a voucher to get the upgrade!
one day average people will be flying to the Martian colonies in about 6 hrs like this...
I remember tre old 757, but I was in economy class😅
I'd almost bet that is not a B757 the first aircraft shown. That looks like a B767.
