In the African American community we try to hide mental health we scare to a knowledge our feelings and how you feel it’s okay to feel how you feel we gotta just learn to seek help and understand us because we all have issues
The system man ,everybody has problems but we all have mental problems most of us push away stuff because the world we live in we have to pay bills we have to do these things and sometimes we don’t even focus on her health some people can hold it in longer then others some can’t and also I know growing up I was always told suck it up be a man a lot of don’t ask for help, I have family that said oh it’s nothing wrong with me “ we all have problems man
