If Dylan Dennis post a picture/video of Logan Paul's fiance and knew it was private then he'll lose the case. But if he didn't know that the picture/video was private then the lawsuit has a higher case to be dismiss.
Given the nature of Nina’s video, it seemed more likely that she sent that to people to be funny. I don’t think she was hacked and that someone sifted through 6 years of Snapchat memories to find that exact video. I still feel sorry for her, but I’m betting that video was shared amongst her friends at the very least.
Doesn’t matter if the video was trying to be funny, even if she shared it with a couple friends then it’s still not technically public and therefore straight to jail.

I can't find this 11th Aug one they reference however by descriptions, she's on her knees - There is one of her on her phone kneeling on a bed, which is online on a 'leaks' site - if this is the one, then Danis won't lose the suit.

Apparently it does not matter if those images were leaked to the public previously, they are being alleged to be private photos being publicly shared without her consent.

Aside from the hints of the Irish accent that bleeds into/plagues some accents of Wade, that Dillon Danis impersonation/impression seemingly came out of freakin’ NOWHERE and was scarily convincing - like, what the hell?! Since when did Wade know how to do that?! We’re usually in the know of his pool of dexterity/mastery.
I didn’t know Wade had that one in the bag to pull out on us, at some point. Talk about a keen observer. He really got it like that and does his homework intently, behind the scenes. If the pic of Nina topless was posted publicly then there's no reasonable expectation of privacy. If she never posted it and even if the photographer is the copyright holder who gave it to Dillon I think it still counts
