I say it all the time-- every place you run is beautiful!! I live and breathe intervals-- that's how I completed my first marathon last year. Intervals made it digestible. Great video explaining why we all need to practice intervals!
It is great to see you really embraced the 'average runner' concept, Aubrey. You stay true to yourself and you relate well to your followers. There is consistency in the many videos you posted over the last weeks / months. Keep it up. Let's goooo.
Let's get it!! Like the idea of the requirements for your videos. Interval training is no joke. Nothing hurts my feelings more than my Garmin telling me i’m going to slow. LOL
Loved the intro, Aubrey! After starting my running UA-cam channel last week, I felt a bit lost on how to go about it. But what you mentioned @ 0:20 really resonated with me. A Yoda to Luke Skywalker moment...Every video I make from now own will have a purpose! (Achieve the 3)
Nice workout, Aubrey! I must say that you are far from average! Your explanations and examples are on point. And it’s really cool to see some place I have been before in one of your videos - as someone who has only been to the UK a couple of times - a great surprise. Let’s go Aubrey - keep moving forward!
I've commented on this before but it's cool to see Priory Park (about 25 mins drive from my house) in your videos. As a beginner/average runner your content hits the spot every time!
Love this video…you smashed it Aubrey 💪🏻 great explanation of intervals…did my 1st interval session of my training plan this week & it was tough but fun! Its great to push yourself…I have a Couple of questions, did manually input the reps onto your watch or did it synx from the app? As that looked super helpful and way easier to keep track of the reps compared to listening to someone! Also what camera do you use to film yourself running?
Hi Aubrey, I’m here to follow your progression and take some advises eventually even if I run from 10 years now. I’m just like you. I don’t respect the intervals paces fixed 😂
@AubreyRunning hahaha. What's your target for the marathon? I'm running my first marathon at Newport. I'll be happy with sub 4:05 but secretly want a sub 04:00. Maybe I'm being a bit over ambitious/delusional 😂

Great going, Aubrey 👏🏻
Nice one Aubrey!
Just came back from an interval workout myself, every interval had to be faster than the prior one .. Beat my last one by .04 secs 😅
This video checks all the boxes thanks for the info

Keep it up! Where did you get that hoodie?
I love intervals! Any session where I get to go all out, makes me feel like I’m a real runner 😂
Cali in the house, baby
Love love love intervals, just curious why you ran quicker than the set pace .?
My favourite is 7 x 300m with 300m recovering 😀
Great video Aubrey. Out of curiosity why do you a lot run faster than the prescribed pace? Is the Coopah plan still adapting to your pace?
It’s because I’m basically elite 😂😂😂😂. Just joking… yeah it has hasn’t calibrated to my latest performance
