Jerry saw himself delivering water, I believe its because of his encounter earlier with the alien telling him about how humans undervalue water & how he also feel undervalued. So that's why he sees himself delivering something that's valuable like a hero & recieving some value back himself. I might be wrong lol

It's worse when you consider that ricks friends are already dead.

I think jerry's dream just really highlights how sad he is. Most people would dream of a perfect world with a perfect job. All jerry wants is to have a simple life where he's providing a simple, nice service to the community and getting appreciated for it, as opposed to constantly being shit on and assaulted by his family

This episode really humanizes rick. Due to his immense intellect and technological advances he's always sorta portrayed as this interdimensional god that is above human emotion but this episode really shows rick at his most vulnerable.

Also sad to consider how easily Rick could have defeated the Federation the entire time but just didn't for some reason. They were an actual threat in season 1 and 2, but season 3 onwards Rick is functionally immortal and literally nothing is a threat.
My worst fear would be checking it after getting on a plane, seeing my death via plane crash, have a panic attack which results in an emergency landing, checking the crystal again and still seeing the plane crash. Dread.
Always use it before you commit to things. Otherwise just use it to find the sweet spot like Rick did. This isn't one of those unavoidable prediction things after all.

I feel like the crystal just shows you possibilities, so if you use a crystal inside a plane, it would always show the plane crash as one of the possibilites. Unless the crystal shows every possibility as a crash, then... well, you better get out of that plane!

@@enterthekyuubi Well, *no one* is as smart as Rick is. That's...kind of the point. However, Summer and Beth share Second Place by default, because they BOTH inherited Rick's violent and overly-cynical tendencies. If either of them had an Evil counterpart, they might actually be unstoppable.
Summer is also low-key the _smartest person on the entire goddamn show_ because of how aware she is of what kind of show she's in...and how much, like Rick, she just doesn't give a fuck. >:)

The ending of this episode, and the ending of Season 2, Episode 3 where he was dating Unity and almost killed himself at the end. Both are moments that make you see Rick in a completely different light...

I’m really enjoying Morty this season. Actually I’m enjoying all of it so far.
He's so different now compared to earlier seasons his character development is great. From how assertive and capable of solving problems he is to how he doesn't allow himself to get pushed around by Rick really at all anymore. Hell even the way he insulted Jerry this episode felt more like how Rick would have. Really getting the sense this season that he's becoming more like Rick hope he doesn't end up becoming Evil Morty.
Anoop Singh it’s really interesting to see. Personally I wouldn’t mind a storyline where he does become evil Morty but Rick is able to bring him back, so to speak. But yeah, it’s really cool to see the development.

This is one of my favorite episodes. It shows how much humanity Rick still has, and that it is possible for him to change and get better.
The funny thing is, that to clone Tony, rick would've needed to include Tony's DNA.

This is my favorite episode of Season 4 so far! Loved it from start to finish, this episode was quite deep to be fair but also as always like any Rick and morty episode it's also hella funny! But the emotional parts always what made me like Rick and Morty even more! It randomly changes a tone of the series in an unexpected way and man... I am all for it! This episode is a Masterpiece!

When I look at the Rick and morty thumbnail I try to guess the thing they react to. I knew it was the ISIS joke, it made me laugh the hardest too :D
I am of the belife every toilet should have a plunger by it, every toilet I commonly use at my house or any of my relatives does. On time at college in my dorm I didn't have one and I just said Never Again.
I actually had a friend in middle school who REEEEAAAAALLLLLLLYYYYYY wanted to drive the Sparkle trucks as a dream job. Not all of us dream to be astronauts and cowboys i suppose, hell some kids dreams are to drive the nasty ass trash trucks lol. xD
The saddest thing about the show isn't Rick's tortured soul. It's that we'll probably never get a meaningful, "permanent" resolution to it. It's just not that type of show. This is the type of show that lasts years, maybe even decades. It gives the creators the freedom to be as creative and funny as they want for as long as they want. Rick's mysteriousness makes him an interesting character and keeps us invested. Resolving it would take the complexity of his character away. I think we're going to be stuck with more questions than answers for a long, long time and I think that's the intention. I almost see them (through Rick) making fun of us for expecting a satisfying conclusion than actually giving us one. I do think we'll get one, I'm just super curious as to how they're going to write it.
That alien is voiced by Taika Waititi who is an oscar winner for best adapted screenplay from 'Jojo Rabbit.

My brother is 100% a shy pooper, he once called my mom from SCHOOL to pick him up cause he had to take a shit and didn't want to to it at school and this was back in the day where no one had phones so he had to go to the school's office to call my mom to pick him from SCHOOL
Reason for pooping hevan was the greatest thing to happen to him since his wife death was that toilet. So his hevan was 2 things he wanted but since like rick its only thing he wanted and knows cant have he woke up from the dream.
