I see you like riding.. how about to ride Timor Island from atambua (border of Indonesia and Timor Leste) to Kupang. You will pass through Mutis mount, a pine trees sighting much different terrain of mountanious view of overall Nusa Tenggara. You also will pass through a road full of orange trees around TTS/Soe. And finally crystal cave in Kupang and try also Ikan raja bakar there.
