Thank for assist, I want to know, what can we do, iwe got Immigration through our U.S citizen parent, unmarried over 21 years age children,, after entering U.S paying Green card fees 90,days time to get Green Card by Mail on resident address, but now over 110,days same status showing on USCIS case status page,, so we travel to emergency what can we do without green card get travel on legal status.. Dear Raval . If non immigrant visa example B2 visa is going to be expired and I 485 still is pending .should I apply I 539 ?
