Trade dak for cousins straight up. Both teams need to move on. I also think it’s possible that cousins is slightly more capable with the offense we run and the pieces we have. Only issue with a qb mid season trade is that likely neither qb will be ready to run the offense optimally for at least a month.
Replacing them during the season is idiotic at best. After the season, you could explore HC options. After next season, you can move on from Dak. Until then, gotta live with the pain.

Tom Landry for such a poker faced cristian, could sure surprise the opposing team with his play calling, his team was very disciplined and executed well, I think this diverse and exciting play calling could help the cowboys, if a healthy Aron Rogers were available next year I’d grab him, and Super Bowl would be a lot closer, next year, get the old films out a see how wily and unpredictable coach Landry was.

Teams pick players in the draft or free agency hoping to approve their team (just like every other team) sometimes it works out sometimes it doesn't.
Pro's are playing pro's at the end of day.
Because if the entire roster is great except qb and you can't win then your qb needs to be better.. However in order to get a better qb, you have to be able to admit your qb is a problem. Dallas (Jerry) refuses to accept the facts, that Dak is a problem or at least not a solution. Qb in the NFL is so important in the NFL because of how bad it caps the rest of your team.
