Hey paparazzi gang, this hair tutorial is featuring a sew in with 3 bundles of 20” kinky straight coarse hair extensions. Thee best hands down & I went through a few of these videos today. I’ve been doing sew ins since I was 14 & I turn 32 this month. Because I sew exactly like you I just dnt find the need for the single track around the anchor braid to “hide the tracks” when it’s pulled up into a pony like a lot of others are doing. I know there’s more than one way to skin a cat, but this happens to be my favorite way. LOVE it!!

@@Hewohewohewo Sorry I'm so late. I made a upart wig with it. It doesn't have the kinky "feel" I'd like but it's not silky either. I've bought kinky straight hair plenty of times before and I like it when the hair has a very low luster and a kinky/coarse feel to it. I still have the upart and wore it for about a month and half. No issues with tangling or matting. Doesn't hold a curl very long but I did get 18 inches. I guess you could use a holding spray but I don't like them so I didn't try any. If I can add pictures, I'll share.

thats is not true Italian yaki. TRUE Italian yaki.. you do not have to flatiron your hair for it to blend. it blends with 4C/4B hair. Italian yaki doesnt blend with straight hair.
what this texture is yaki hair ( 4:02 that shine shouldnt be there) or at best retro kinky straight texture.

= are 3 different textured hair.
Because Italian yaki is in high demand ; alot of online sellers will sell you permanent crimped hair.. especially on discount retail site.. the ends in "express")
I know only 2 manufacture/online stores that actually sells "italian yaki". Italian yaki does have a crimped look out the package ...but its a tighter wave look, which disappears once you start combing it. the sheen is also DULL in appearance. its a "big volume hair", very thick in appearance.
🌺YOUR OWN MOM cant tell you that aint your hair if its Italian yaki.
** Black hair vs the market. Honestly most black women dont want this texture because it requires the same management time as their own hair.. when they get product. many women flat iron it into "perm yaki". THIS IS THE MAIN REASON MANUFACTURES YAKI and relabel it. its exactly why you cant walk into a retail hair+ beauty store and pickup Italian yaki. Afro textures dont sell.

This looks effortless. I have never gotten this done before and you make me want to have this done. But the only thing I am afraid of is the hairstylist, even though this looks very good, my hairstylist may fuck up my hair lol

My edges/hair would be on the floor with all those passes with that heat. It’s pretty though.
It all depends on the protective products(heat protectants) and type of iron used on the hair (titanium is the best) and how long the iron actually stays on the hair during the straightening process

Very nice but I would like to see how you closed the top I noticed all stylist never show. Wondering if it's because the last 1 or 2 top closed tracks are glued 🤔
I sew all the way up to completion I never glue the last tracks unless the client requests it which is very rare in my chair 😉

Yes sure!! Babylis irons are nice and any blow dryer with an ion switch/option I feel is less harsh on the hair

I have contest season next month in dance and I have to change hairstyles and uniforms in the span lower than 10 minutes would sew ins be an option to where I could put the hair up and still look presentable? I have 4c hair and I’m the only black person on my team a n d I live in a relatively barely any black people place in Texas that’s why I’m so desperate lol, any advice is highly needed 💜
Yes I would definitely go for a Sewin with no leave out...you wouldn’t want to sweat your hair out so keep it protected in a Sewin style of your choice

Hello, for the top, did you cut the hair and start sewing again? or did you fold and sew as you went like you did in the back?
Sengwa hello actually no I did not fold the top section. I cut the tracks as I sewed in the wefts...it helps it look and feel flat especially around the hairline

What heat temp did you use in her natural hair?
Under 400 ...you have to use the best temperature for your hair...every hair shaft is different. I recommend staying between 380 and 410 all depends on how much heat your natural hair can take
Why so many passes with the flat iron
To ensure that her hair is straight enough for the style the client wants. The amount of passes will not damage the hair...it’s the amount of time the iron actually stays on the hair strand that will damage it.
I wish you showed the front more. Like does she always have to do a side part Can she do a middle or pull back?

@@kiamckenz no gel it will revert the hair to its natural state if it was previously flat ironed. Use a heat protectant and flat iron then add wax that may help
