Being lied to or ghosted is way more harsh than being told the truth. I love being rejected in a way. If they play games or ghost I can't respect them. When I am politely rejected, I maintain respect for them

Thanks clarified things for me. Had the dates put back a bit, yes she tried to invite a friend I agreed. Then when the date was approaching made excuses again. In the end I gave up on her. She never contacted me again. So that's that. I got ghosted alot. I asked another girl out for a drink and she said no and she was married. She looked under 25. I am 49 as a man. Her store colleague witnessed my date proposal. So I left the store never to return. 👍🏻

However she has stated we are just friends and ask me for advice about dating apps… I told her I’m not one to ask because I’ve feelings for her. What we found out was women practice hypergamy and will dump you in a new york second when someone more promising comes along. They are not faithful. Essentially you come to the realization, that investing work into building a relationship that can and does end an emotional whim, is a total waste of time. You pick up the pieces and dust off the dust, let time heal the heartbreak, and move on with your life older and wiser. And you shun dating or entanglements. You still like women, you still like romance and sex and love, but it's a double edged sword... you have no care for the hypergamy, cheating, and heartbreak that inevitably comes with it.

I guess it depends. I went on a few dates with some chick. It never got anywhere, but looking back on it, I think it could’ve turned into something if I continued to pursue her. The last time I asked her out she said something along the lines, “I’d love too, but I’m so freaking busy.” I still have a coach wallet she bought me and also a birthday card. So, this and other things tells me she did like me. I just chose the easy way out and went back to someone I had a history with.

I disagree, It is never easy to get a date with a woman, they act friendly while being insincere, you're bothering them while they're talking to their girlfriends, what ever you ask is the wrong thing. I say ignore them before they do it to you. The man always has to make the first move so that they can have the opportunity to say no, while laughing at you on the inside seeing how far they can lead you on. Women are very clever and practiced at maneuvering and manipulation. Also, I don't believe women don't want to hurt a guys feelings because men are not supposed to have any feelings right?
