I agree. I won't waste my time watching any more of your videos if you won't even show the results. It's a cheap trick to make people go to a different platform to see the end. No thanks.Plenty of creators on YT will let us see the results, we don't need a half-a** video tutorial.
....and HOW LONG TO PROCESS?! All these tutorials and NO ONE tells how long to process. I understand everyone is different, but give me an approximate so I will know when to start checking my hair....ugh
Chris - you sir, are a fine teacher. Your to-the-point, no nonsense tutoring style is refreshing and clear. Really glad I found your channel. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us!
Hi! Awesome video! I’ve been dying my hair copper once a month for over a year now. When I started the copper color, I had previously highlighted hair underneath but the highlights have since grown out and been cut off and now I’m left with a one dimensional copper color when I dye it. I love the color but I’d like to add some more dimension. Would I get more dimension if I lightened with balayage or highlights and then applied my regular copper color on top? What volume developer should I use over my already artificially colored hair? I’ve tried to google these things and can’t seem to get answers. Thank you!
Hi You would really need to go to a hairdresser to have this assessment made, sorry but there are just to many factors involved for me to help it would need a one to one consultation 😃
6:05 I have short non Bob. Thin hair with to layers. So I’m looking to do the crown of my. Hair. Thin stands I also have a side part. Does the sound reasonable?
Would have helped a lot more if you showed how you sectioned everything. Switching straight into the first area of putting lightener was very confusing.
To reach anything above a base 7 on that darker hair you will have to double bleach. 😃 the higher the developer yes you will get a lighter result. But it will be at the expense of the condition and also it won’t be a clean colour. I would start with 3%/10vol to lift it and remove the red, then on the second application do 6%\20vol. Add a plex and of course this is all dependent on the hair condition. Do a strand test before to give an idea of, one if it’s possible and two how long the process will take.
The results would be nice. Ppl assume they will get results when they spent said amount of time on how to hair videos. To not be given the results surely is annoying to anyone. Not only is it a waste of time and useless for ppl with limited time or no Instagram accounts, it’s also unsatisfying. Like watching someone work on a blackhead removal but stopping the video before they get it. If ur into that kinda thing lol. I know some ppl are. Anyways, def would like to see results for ppl I subscribe to. But thank you for the tutorial
If your client has fine thin hair especially on top do you recommend this technique. At times the client wears a topper which is darker but could be processed as well. She really wants to wear all of her own hair.
Hi You could as long as it is done subtly and not to light in contrast to her natural colour. As going to light on the ends will make it appear thinner. Maybe aim for a base 8 and tone to a mushroom colour or ash blonde. 😃
Please don’t do this unless you are a professional. It can end up very wrong. This is a free hand technique it takes expertise. Saying this as I am training in hairdressing. It’s not as easy as these videos make it seem. This was 2 months ago hopefully you didn’t do it lol

Very Nice Technique.

Whats the difference between diagonal back and diagonal front section?
Curious why you didn’t cover with plastic while processing as in other videos?
Thank you.... I think you did the best tutorial.
End Result?😢😢😢😢
I can’t find the end results of this style,
Would’ve liked to see the final result.
Thanks for your clear tutorial without distracting music and chatter! It's much appreciated.

From all the short balayage videos I think yours is the best. Great job! I can't find the link for your Instagram to see the result.

If I’ve got small curtain bangs in the front, what should I do about them?
Just freehand them separately to blend with the style 😃
I like the tutorial but I don’t like having to find the results on another page
Thank you 😊
Thank you for watching 😃 I hope you enjoyed it. x

It's disappointing not to see the result at the end of the video.
I would like to see the results please
What volume developer should I use for black hair balayage ?
How light are you wanting to get her? And is it natural or coloured hair? 😃
@@HairTutorials just a natural blonde hair color 😊

having to look for your ig is honestly annoying and makes the video feel like clickbait

I also agree the results would help here… I don’t have ig, so I have no idea how it turned out.

Thank you for the video! I will try tomorrow on my own hair. It would be great if I can take off my hair and do it on someone else's head 😅
